Good, comfortable hotel.......let down by breakfast service!
Pros:

Location is good - walking to Padua centre or taxi to and from the railway station. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Our stay was let down by the breakfast experience - not good. The breakfast service (and adjacent cafe/bar) is run by a 3rd party not the hotel.

Breakfast items were put out at start of breakfast service.....and never replenished....if you were the later guests to breakfast then choice was restricted or non-existent. Tables were left uncleared, staff were non-friendly, Fruit on the buffet was tinned, nothing fresh. We, and other guests, complained about the breakfast service.....one reception staff member said "I know what you are going to tell me". Hopefully, these comments have been passed to management and action taken.

Pros:

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement et la proximité avec le centre ville

Cons:

Chambre propre, mais un peu vieillot, notamment la salle de bain.
Accès en partie via escalier (plusieurs demi-palliers) sans ascenseur.

A little let down
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. Our 1st room we booked had a panoramic view of the cathedral. Breakfast was good with a few choices of food.

Cons:

We had to move out of that room as the bathroom ceiling was about to come down due to a leak from air-conditioning. We were moved to a room with less of a view and smaller.
We had no compensation for the inconvenience or disappointment of the style of room.

Perfect quick stay in Padova centro
Pros:

Fantastic central location, quiet room, clean and fresh, with some traditional italian atmosphere. Slept like a baby. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was the very generic simple buffet style that is common all around Italy, nothing bad but could be fresher/higher quality.

Pros:

Camere ampie, vista stupenda, ristrutturazione recente e molto elegante. Camere accessibili tramite ascensore comodo grande e nuovo. Ringraziamo tutti per la disponibilità, cercheremo di tornare sicuramente!
