Pros:

La ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona, hotel confortable, buena atención, las buenas instalaciones del hotel en general.

Cons:

Durante nuestra estancia un dia no limparon la habitación, no hubo cambio de toallas, (tuvimos que solicitar en la recepción), no hubo ninguna disculpa ni explicacion por parte del personal del hotel.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and the room was fantastic and clean and best of all the bed was so fluffy. I want this bed at home.

Will stay again
Pros:

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Always had a smile on their face. Room was very clean. Hotel was quite and very nice environment. When we come to Tallahassee we always stay here.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft for me.

I would not stay again
Pros:

The staff where friendly.

Cons:

I booked two rooms. One room had a musky smell and in both rooms the bedding smelled like dogs. We were able to switch rooms but the bedding in the those rooms smelled like dogs as well. I’m not sure why it smelled like dogs when no pets are allowed. The girl at the front desk told me it wasn’t the hotel fault about what happens in the laundry room. Very sad occasion when paying 300 to sleep in covers n pillows that smells like dogs.
