Pros:

The breakfast was the best I’ve had from any restaurant. It was very tasty. It was fresh and just impeccable. I would most definitely visit here again on my next trip to Tallahassee.

This hotel does not represent IHG. A careful examination by IHG management is needed.
Pros:

Parking was available.

Cons:

1. The television channel options were sparse. Who is the provider for this hotel?
2. The carpet in the room is filthy. After taking my shoes off and walking in white socks, I was disgusted.
3. The thin walls allowed me to hear a woman coughing for an hour.
4. The lampshades in the room were in disrepair. Cracked and ripped. Why do the housekeepers not report this?
5. In room refrigerator is not adequate to keep a 16oz bottle of Pepsi cool, much less cold.
6. I paid $500 for this experience. Breakfast not included. This should NOT be in the IHG group of hotels.

Pros:

Holiday Inn surprised us and in a great way! The room was a generous size, the beds were so comfy and the pillows were standard size which was perfect! My only complaint would be the towels were rather generic but who should complain for what we received!

Cons:

Almost everything. The pool was nice and clean and not old and dingy like so many others!!!!

Pros:

It was an excellent location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The power went out that night, I waited five or six hours before calling Tallahassee electric company only to be told they had no idea they’re an outage. About 30 minutes after I called them, we had power. I feel like someone at the hotel shouldn’t have been on top of that, we were without power for over six hours.. The electric company said no one from the hotel had called them to say there was still no power.
