You'll love it, too! Don't know if we will visit FDM again, if we do, it will be HTL Olimpia again !
Pros:

Hotel Olimpia is a family run or operated, exceptionally sweet and stylish hotel. We visited Forte Dei Marmi for the first time and were not sure what to really find. (pictures don't tell the whole story) But: it exceeded our expectations. Due to cooperation with 2 beach clubs, HTL Olimpia reserved a day bed directly at the - begin. of June - empty beach. But again, this worked well and we enjoyed our stay at FDM, Hotel Olimpia and their cooperation partner (beach club) to full extend:

An exceptional place to stay with superior service and great location.

Une adresse rare où tout est pensé avec cœur
Pros:

L’ambiance de ce petit établissement est vraiment spéciale. Tout est soigné, et le personnel est exceptionnel à tous les niveaux. Côté service, on se croirait presque dans un établissement 5 étoiles, tant Olympia anticipe tout et cherche à satisfaire ses clients.

Le petit-déjeuner servi jusqu’à midi est une décision rare et vraiment appréciable. En plus, il est excellent : beaucoup de choix, des produits frais, des préparations maison, et cette impression agréable de pouvoir commencer la journée sans stress.

La localisation est idéale, à deux pas du centre et des plages. La qualité de la restauration est également un vrai atout : chaque soir, on a envie de rester sur place et de dîner à l’hôtel, sans devoir réserver ailleurs ni dépenser des sommes importantes à l’extérieur.

Nous sommes hôteliers, et nous avons adoré.

Bravo.

Cons:

Les produits de douche en format mini, bien qu’ils soient naturels et de qualité, ne sont pas très pratiques. Des distributeurs muraux de produits corps-cheveux de qualité, fixés dans les douches, seraient probablement plus cohérents avec l’esprit soigné de l’établissement.

A really lovely hotel with fantastic staff who could not do enough for us.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A family run affair, the hotel had everything we needed and was just beautiful. The breakfast which is served until midday was exceptional. We ate in the hotel's restaurant one evening and that was also excellent in terms of food and service.
The room we had was lovely and beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. There was a kettle (we weren't expecting this in Italy and brought our own just in case) and a smart tv which was great too.

Cons:

The shower in our room (205) had quite a small opening and was quite tight once in it but the shower itself worked very well. Additionally the sound travels through the walls and the ceiling as the rooms are not carpeted. This meant we could hear when there was someone in the room above even if they were just walking around.
