Pros:

ロビーでゆっくりくつろげる。冷蔵庫がある。水、コーヒーが飲める。食器を自由に使える。

La habitación privada, no es privada
Pros:

Casi no me gustó nada :(

Cons:

Pague por una habitación “privada” creo que en la publicidad del hotel no son muy claros al mencionar que la habitación privada no es privada, es solo un cuarto al lado de todas las camas con espacio abierto en el techo, así que escuchas los ronquidos de los demás o si alguien hace ruido también lo escuchas, aunque la habitación está “bien” para dormir, realmente NO es privada y si tienes maletas de una vez advierto que NO hay ascensor y debes subir muchas escaleras como yo (4) pisos

Yoz, el Chico de recepcion fue muy amable en todo momento

Cons:

Las habitaciones compartidas, una vez que cierras la cortina de tu habitación no tiene ventilación y son muy calurosas. Las habitaciones son muy bajas, a penas alcanzas a estar sentado y ya la cabeza te toca el techo

期待以上に快適
Pros:

共有スペースが良かった
水やインスタントコーヒーのサービス。共有の冷蔵庫。アメニティがあるなど。
たまたまだったかもしれないが、宿泊者のマナーが皆さん良かった。

Cons:

2段ベッドの上段だったが階段が登りにくい。
荷物整理するのに部屋が暗くて困った

最寄駅が、少し遠い。その駅周辺、または宿泊施設近辺に気軽に入れる喫茶店的店舗があまりない。宿泊施設までにコンビニは何店舗かあるが．施設の近くにはない。
