SCONSIGLIATISSIMO: Totale mancanza di professionalità e umanità
Cons:

​Metto una stella solo perché non è possibile metterne zero. Avevo prenotato una camera per la mia famiglia con largo anticipo, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la nostra stanza era stata venduta ad altri poche ore prima del check-in.

​La cosa più grave? Avevo contattato la struttura il giorno precedente per avvisare di un possibile ritardo a causa del traffico. Mi era stato risposto testualmente che "non c'era alcun problema". Invece, ci siamo ritrovati letteralmente in mezzo alla strada alle 18:00, con tre bambini piccoli al seguito, stanchi e affamati dopo ore di viaggio.

La situazione si è sbloccata solo verso le 23:00, e solo dopo le nostre insistenti pressioni, facendoci perdere l'intera serata e rovinando l'inizio della nostra vacanza.

​Un comportamento del genere è inaccettabile: vendere una camera già confermata e rassicurare il cliente per poi lasciarlo a piedi è sinonimo di una gestione disonesta e priva di rispetto per le famiglie.

​Evitate assolutamente questa struttura se cercate affidabilità.

Pros:

Vicinissimo a Fiabilandia, la nostra meta.. camere moderne, pulite e curate. Bagni spaziosi e pulitissimi. Ma a fare davvero la differenza è lo staff, super gentile, amichevole e alla mano. Hanno un'attenzione ai bambini che è ammirevole. E ci hanno fatto il favore di trovarci un'altra camera disponibile per consentirci di prolungare di un giorno la permanenza. La colazione buona e abbondante. Spero ci sarà occasione per tornare a trovarli...

Cons:

Mah, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, le camere sono un po' rumorose. Non invidio chi si è dovuto sorbire i pianti della mia neonata...

Avrei voluto trovare prodotti senza lattosio. C era solo latte di soia ma nn yogurt per esempio. Comunque colazione buona e con molta scelta.

Le pareti delle camere sono veramente "sottili" il vicino di stanza russava e lo sentivo come fosse stato in camera con noi...si sentivano tutti i rumori
