De kamer was prima

Cons:

In de bevstiging op booking.com stond nergens dat je borg moest betalen en is ook niet gebruikelijk.
Ze deden dit wel en wilde 50 pond per kamer als reservering op je credicard

Good place to go into London
Pros:

Hotel convenient to highway and 2 different trains into London. The parking lot had a lot of space. Had security on the door going into the hallway and getting to lift.

Cons:

Breakfast served in building not attached and did not unlock doors prior to 8am. Breakfast selection is good, preparation is good.
Dinner good be better, had steak special on a Thursday. Steak seemed tough. We went somewhere else the next night. Tables wiped, but could use a good scrub. A little attention in cleanliness could make this place better. A person handling all flatware in the dining room because it's washed on a flat tray (not a tray that is cubed) and placeing into flatware folders. Tables not cleared quickly.

Cons:

Rien à voir avec l'hôtel, mais pour information les trains en direction de Londres (depuis la gare d'Ebbsfleet) sont beaucoup plus chers à certaines heures de la semaine (le matin tôt par exemple), donc il faut bien choisir ses horaires

Lovely clean entrance. Car park and exterior very clean and well presented. Pleasant accommodating staff. Professional staff. Hallway on floors clean and clear

Cons:

There was tea coffee sugar kettle in the room but no biscuits??? Also would have been nice to have a shower cap in the bathroom bearing in mind that the shower is quite high. Not everyone wants to get their hair wet.
