It’s okay but other things need to be looked on to
Pros:

It is neatly managed.

Cons:

The lift wasn’t in use during my stay, no bottles water as complementary, No kits in the bathroom for emergency use and No fridge to store drinks.

Good value for money, helpful staff and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

It’s accessible and 15 min away from bluewater shopping center.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast served at their pub/restaurant. Options were limited and coffee machine was broken. I stayed there in January and the food was much better then.

The receptionist on the evening shift was friendly. Location was good.

Cons:

The cot was broken and when it was replaced, it was replaced with a lesser broken one - they all.might need to be checked to make sure they're safe.
