Buen sitio para una primera visita a Lisboa
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para una primera visita a Lisboa. Está en todo el centro histórico, puede ser ruidoso en la noche, pero si no te molesta, todo funciona perfectamente. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables.

Etwas laut wenn man die Fenster offen haben will, die Fenstern, sind aber sehr gut.

Un charmant petit hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé sur une rue très animée. Toutefois, une fois la fenêtre bien fermée, nous n'entendions plus de bruits. Très facile d'accès à partir du métro. C'est un endroit central. Nous avons été accueilli avec des pâtisseries et un verre de Porto. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Neat little Hotel on one of the main Tourist roads, good for a short stay (2-3 nights).
Pros:

Location was excellent to explore Tourist Attractions, on one of the pedestrian streets with lots of shopping to do.
Room was somewhat smaller than expected

Cons:

Breakfast was in a restaurant linked to the Hotel. Buffet area was squashed into the back corner of the room, not giving much space for more than 1 person to move around in.
No lounge area / Common area to relax in after a day exploring.

De tudo. Quarto com varanda, banheiro grande, cama confortável, recepção maravilhosa. Melhor lugar para ficar! Quarto silencioso. Sempre tem um vinho do Porto com pastéis de nata na recepção.

City break with family
Pros:

We stayed in Be Poet for 3 days at the start of our trip to Portugal and one night at the end.
Firstly, it could not be more conveniently situated - right in the heart of the old centre. We were there during the World Cup but were not disturbed by noise from nearby bars and restaurants.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a bonus to be offered pasteis de nata and port on arrival.
Breakfasts were good with a wide range of hot and cold, sweet and savoury options.
Would recommend and would choose again in future if I was to return to Lisbon.

Good location, mediocre facilities
Pros:

Nothing outstanding actually.

Cons:

Room was too small, bathroom required some acrobatics to get in and out, and use the shower. Place to find the luggages and to move in the room was a challenge.
