Gostaria de expressar a minha profunda gratidão e admiração pelo Be Poet Baixa Hotel. Esta foi a minha segunda estadia no hotel, desta vez acompanhada pelo meu marido.
O que torna este alojamento verdadeiramente único é a excelência da sua equipe. Fomos recebidos com uma educação, cordialidade, respeito e cuidado admiráveis. Logo no check-in, fomos surpreendidos com um gesto de extrema delicadeza: um bolo de "welcome back", celebrando o meu regresso. Esse toque personalizado demonstra o quanto o hotel valoriza os seus hóspedes.
Contudo, foi num momento de vulnerabilidade que a equipe do Be Poet revelou a sua verdadeira grandeza. Durante a estadia, infelizmente, fiquei doente. O acolhimento e a empatia de todos os funcionários da recepção foram comoventes. Preocuparam-se genuinamente com o meu estado de saúde, questionando como eu me sentia e colocando-se integralmente à disposição para o que quer que fosse necessário.
Devido a este problema de saúde, precisamos de prolongar a nossa estadia por mais um dia. Para tal, foi necessária uma mudança de quarto, processo que a equipe geriu com absoluta eficiência. Organizaram tudo de forma impecável: pudemos sair para um breve passeio e, ao regressarmos, a nossa bagagem já se encontrava acomodada no novo quarto, sem qualquer transtorno ou esforço da nossa parte.
Dizer "obrigado" parece pouco para retribuir o profissionalismo e a atenção com que fomos tratados. O Be Poet Baixa Hotel não oferece apenas uma excelente hospedagem; oferece um verdadeiro lar em Lisboa. Recomendamos vivamente e regressaremos sempre!

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon! The location was absolutely amazing—within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

We had a wonderful time here the staff are so kind and helpful and friendly and we were treated to a lovely cake as this

Our room was lovely overlooking the pedestrianised street with a little balcony and French windows and a beautiful view down to the square and was in a perfect location for sightseeing.

Lovely hotel , a good position
Pros:

This hotel is on one of the busiest pedestrianised streets in Lisbon, once inside it is an Oasis of calm , very clean and comfortable
Staff are lovely you can help yourselves to a glass of port and pastry , which is left for you on reception desk
