Ein tolles Hotel für Ottawa
Pros:

Tolle sehr große Zimmer in einem tadellosen Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die großzügigen Betten. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein einwandfreier Aufenthalt.

Wonderful hotel with comfortable bedrooms and the nicest staff
Pros:

Hotel was very well located, restaurant was pretty nice, room was super comfortable but, above all, staff was incredibly nice - everyone, from the door man, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff, everyone was super super nice

Pros:

Warm welcome from reception staff, size of the room and good location. The restaurant was good too with very friendly staff.

Cons:

Only one cup for coffee or tea in a room with two queen sized beds and the step onto the bath shower

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Location was good. Room was very nice.

Cons:

Parking garage was closed. Staff didn’t really know cost of offsite parking. Should have done valet parking in retrospect.

Never ever ever again. Really was hoping to make this place a second home

Leaving. Honestly the FOH staff at Norca deserves a raise. Thank you ladies and gentleman for saving the week

Cons:

Dirty rooms, awful check-in experience, awful guest services manager, having to change my own sheets for 429$ a night . Lots more hotels that appreciate your buisness
