Pros:

Our first stay was phenomenal and we had a very comfortable suite that had a separate bathroom with double sinks and we recall a buffet breakfast at the time. This time around our suite (King suite) had an open bathroom design with a glass shower wall that was transparent and open to the bedroom. The entire set up was very disruptive to my partner. I had to get up early and shower to go to a meeting and he was on vacation and wanted to sleep in but couldn't due to the light and noise coming from the open bathroom. We were kept up alot through the night due to the street noise (we would have thought the windows would be sound proofed) and there was no buffet breakfast (we were told that stopped 8 months ago). Had there been a highlighted description of the open bathroom design in the room description, we never would have booked that suite. I was advised by the hotel manager that all if not most of the suites were designed this way. I find that hard to believe that anyone travelling with a child or someone other than their spouse would be okay with this room style.

Nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung + Personal top!
Pros:

Wir hatten einfantastisches Zimmer! Großes Bad, großes und bequemes Bett. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Everything to like here
Pros:

This is a top notch hotel with full service and high quality. The rooms are large, the heat is quiet, the elevator is fast, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is great, we could place 3 large bags without crowding the room. Tge valet service is excellent. And the restaurant on the second floor is very good.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten als Paar sehr viel Platz. Das Personal war beim Check-In sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist unmittelbar neben Hilfezentren für Suchterkrankte. Entsprechend spooky kann es auf Touristen wirken. Unbedingt links rum die Straße nutzen, sobald das Hotel verlassen wird.
