Smaakvol interieur.
Housekeeping was niet constant. Minibar niet bijgevuld. Soms nachtmodus soms niet.

Centrale ligging in het centrum
Great location withing walking distance to the Byward Market. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.
Only issue was their parking lot being full so we spent a bit more money on valet parking.

Lack of labeling for lights and blinds. But not the end of the world
The property was great for our first trip to Ottawa. We enjoyed the live music in the lobby and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We plan to come back and will definitely stay here again!
The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and supportive when an issue came up. One member, Aidan, went above and beyond his duties and our stay was so much easier for his help. All the staff were just top drawer. The coffee and fruit water in the lobby were a nice touch as well.
My bed had a bit of a sag in the mattress. The floors were not quite swept properly as there were some long stray hairs found in a couple of places. All in all I would say our room could use a refresh. The size was great as well as the furniture, but it all felt a little tired somehow.
Our stay at Le Germain Ottawa was excellent. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated by the entire team. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile.
A special thank you to Dani at the front desk, who made a wonderful first impression. She took the time to introduce us to the hotel, explain the amenities and benefits, and recommend serveral restaurants for my son’s birthday celebration. Her thoughtful recommendations and genuine care helped make our family celebration even more memorable.
We would also like to recognize Malak and Wassim for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. Their attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience truly stood out.
The entire team at Le Germain Ottawa consistently delivered service above and beyond our expectations. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel home away from home. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning our next visit to Ottawa. Thank you Dani, Malak, Wassim, and the entire team for such a wonderful stay.
