Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, architektonisch schön gestaltetes Ambiente im Eingangsbereich/ Speisesaal /Bar.
Ausgesprochen schöner Saunabereich und Schwimmbad.
Gutes Essen und hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet.
Unser Zimmer war sehr !! klein, auf Grund der positiven Vorkriterien passte aber das Preis Leistunngsverhältnis.

Personal geht zum Lachen in Keller, SPA überfordert mit Hotelgröße
Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The room was very noisy due to people outside late at night and loud conversations in the early morning. The advertised spa access was misleading, as several additional items and fees were required. The gym is extremely small and lacks proper privacy. Most importantly, we found the staff rather unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we expected much better hospitality and friendly staff.

Cons:

Les repas du soir était moyen. La polenta avait le goût de brulé et 3 mini petits morceaux de viande de cerf dans l’assiette. J’ai été très surpris car ce n’était de loin un restaurant gastronomique. Mais le buffet était généreux

Ottima struttura e ottimi servizi. Occhio ai rumori.
Pros:

Colazione veramente ottima. Bellissima SPA e piscina coperta. Ottimo il ristorante e il bar della lounge. Ottimo il garage per le biciclette con allarme e possibilità di ricerica per l'e-bike.

Cons:

Le camere sono completamente prive di insonorizzazione. Ho sentito perfettamente tutti i rumori delle camere vicine e di conseguenza gli altri ospiti hanno sentito i miei.

Bell'albergo, con una parte welmess molto curata. Personale cordiale e disponibile, molto ben fornito il buffet delle colazioni sia nella parte dolce che salata. Una stella di merito al signor Giovanni che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati durante tutta la cena che era davvero deliziosa.

Cons:

La stanza matrimoniale standard n. 101 che ci è stata assegnata era posizionata alle spalle del banco caffetteria difronte alla sala colazione ed alle 6.30 siamo stati svegliati dal rumore degli sportelli che venivano aperti e chiusi ripetutamenteer per prendere le posate ed altro materiale.
Poi alle ore 7.30 all'apertura della sala colazioni il rumore prodotto dalle persone che vi accedevano ha impedito il proseguo del riposo.
Inoltre segnalo di controllare bene per il periodo estivo, al momento della prenotazione se la stanza è provvista di aria condizionata poiché alcune non lo sono e non lo avevo notato in fase di prenotazione (sinceramente trattandosi di un hotel 4 stelle non mi sono posta nemmeno la domanda).
Poiché il nostro soggiorno era di una sola notte, non abbiamo chiesto cambi di stanza, ma se avessimo dovuto soggiornare più a lungo non avrei accettato quella sistemazione. Nonostante questo intoppo mi riprometto di ritornare per un soggiorno più lungo per poter esplorare meglio i dintorni ed usufruire magari di qualche servuzio della spa.
Struttura promossa ma forse con poca attenzione per i soggiorni mordi e fuggi.
