Smaczne z dużym wyborem śniadanie. Pokój z wygodny czteroosobowy z łóżkiem podwójnym i piętrowym czysty, z nowoczesną łazienką

Cons:

Wczesna pora zamknięcia basenu 19 dla dzieci, zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc w drodze do Polski i wieczorem nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać a rano musieliśmy opuścić pokój do 10.

Ottima struttura, ma alcuni servizi possono essere migliorati
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare la Carnia e i dintorni. Struttura molto pulita, sia nelle aree comuni che nella camera. Si percepisce la qualità dei materiali utilizzati e il materasso è davvero molto comodo. Colazione ricca, varia e di ottima qualità, uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel. Piscina piacevole e ben tenuta.

Cons:

Lo staff, pur sempre professionale, è apparso spesso piuttosto distaccato e poco accogliente. La camera assegnata era poco luminosa, con un'unica finestra affacciata sul muro di un cantiere. Mancavano inoltre comodini e adeguati punti d'appoggio, sostituiti solo da un piccolo tavolino. I servizi wellness (esclusa la piscina) sono difficili da prenotare perché aperti anche agli utenti esterni, senza alcuna priorità per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Deludente anche il ristorante, sia per gli orari molto rigidi, con un'unica fascia di accesso, sia per un'offerta non all'altezza delle aspettative.

Pleasant stay in nice hotel with good mood and peaceful surroundings
Pros:

The hotel was nice, we liked the pool, wellness and breakfast very much. There was wonderful atmosphere in the garden and around the pool. We had great overnight stay on our long journey.

Cons:

We had to wear swim caps in the pool and children were not allowed to the saunas.

Reception merginos, piktos, susiraukusios, restorane aptarnavimas neatitinka kainos, padavėjų neprisišauksi vakarienei, ryte pusryčių pasirinkimas mažas. Vonios kambarys smirdėjo, vaizdas pro langą buvo į apleistą į nesutvarkytą aplinką. Pasirinkau antrą kartą čia atvykti, bet šįkart nusivyliau.
