Slightly disappointed but did the job
Pros:

Location was great for beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent enough, choice of pastries but not many savoury items. Room ok size.

Cons:

Very small shower. Hardly any towel hooks. Noisy plumbing, could hear neighbouring rooms toilet flush and shower. Fridge was noisy in the night. We had a room with garden view but it’s not a garden, it’s a courtyard with breakfast conservatory in it so direct view of everyone eating and so couldn’t really open windows as diners would see into our room. So felt a bit claustrophobic. Room very plain, no pictures or decor. Paper coffee cups, but staff were happy to give me ceramic cups on asking plus milk for coffee in the room. Not really an art deco feel to the hotel which was a bit disappointing as that seemed to be a selling point.

Pros:

Very good location, kind and friendly crew.

Cons:

AC winds directly on You, even if u switch mode it's pre configured on the main control board at reception. Guests should be able to configure it in the panel however they want based on our needs.

Breakfasts were every day the same, quite boring.

Pros:

Personale gentile ed accogliente. Cuscini memory fantastici. Colazione varia e abbondante. Buona l’idea della cabina armadio.

Cons:

Il bagno era veramente piccolo, come la stanza: il tavolino impediva l’apertura dell’armadio, l’asta bassa della cabina/armadio rende impossibile appendere abiti lunghi.

I thoroughly enjoyed returning to the comfort and friendliness of the Hotel London.
Pros:

This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location. I have stayed there four times now and will always go back when in Viareggio.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Dalla colazione allo staff che è sempre super disponibile e molto molto gentile. La posizione credo che meglio di così non si possa trovare. Tutto ottimo
