There is 1.65% surcharge with Debit card or credit card, however, it was not clearly communicated when I paid at front desk. The only way to avoid surcharge is using the cash, which is pretty dodgy things. While my parents stayed, the cleaner only left the card with notes “ we missed you “ and didn’t clean the room at all for 2 days. And my parents were not even in the room or leaving any notes to stop the cleaner to clean. A lot of things have been miscommunicated, just didn’t really see the value of the price they charged and the quality of services

Food was OK, not much room to move though and the staff were terrible. Especially did how much we paid for the room!!

Staff at check in was polite but not very friendly this time only. All other staff were friendly. The amenities were not in room as before. But when requested they are available.
The hotel was lovely. We took our toddler granddaughter away for a weekend to visit the aquarium. The location was great, very centrally located and easy to get around by bus. Breakfast and staff were great and very understanding when our granddaughter made a mess at breakfast.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and having adjacent rooms made it very convenient. Beds were great, and the overall design felt modern and practical. Bathroom was well-maintained with a good walk-in shower. Breakfast had a decent variety and was satisfying. Location is excellent — close to Central Station, Central Park Mall, and many eateries. Good value compared to Circular Quay hotels.

We were travelling with our granddaughter and the staff made her feel very welcome and special. She loved her stay and we were impressed that the staff remembered her and asked after her visit.
We loved the bed which is comfortable, the room is spacious.
Breakfast is very basic one. I hope that there is more varieties like pancake for kids.
When we checked in, Our room's bathroom has a bit of smell, no enough pillows , no bathrobes and slippers from the description which was supposed to be 8 pillows (only 4 flat pillows provided), , I went down to talk to Reception and the staffs are very helpful and came up to clean the toilet and provided more pillows, bathrobes and slippers that we requested within 30 mins plus provided a bottle of white wine with apology from Manager. Wonderful customer service!

It was no big deal, but we were a bit shocked to be asked to show our passports when checking in. Do the reception staff not realise that Australians don’t carry passports when travelling in our own country? In saying that, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
