The hotel is beautiful, very clean, I loved the large comfortable room. Marily's excellent service I loved the swans plus the flowers on the toilet paper is cool, front desk staff Aaron very friendly. Thank you for making my days very beautiful.

Coming from a very long drive and an exhausting day. But getting checked in by Anthony was one of the most seamless, at ease putting experiences I’ve ever had. I usually book with Home2Suites so i know what I’m getting myself into when it comes to the amazing rooms and hospitality, but Anthony took it to another level. It was inviting he was a great conversationalist and made my options for an extended stay very clear. Will definitely be booking again especially since he made sure i became a Hilton honors member. Thanks a lot again Tone!!

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive South on Destination Pkwy and honestly could not have asked for a better setup for our Orlando trip. The atmosphere was incredibly clean, welcoming, and relaxing. It’s close enough to all the parks to be convenient, but far enough away that you don’t feel swallowed by the nonstop chaos and traffic of Orlando. It was less than a 5-minute drive to Universal Epic Universe which made things super easy.

We rented two rooms, and the front desk staff the evening we checked in were absolutely fantastic. They were more than willing to coordinate our rooms so they were right next to each other, which made traveling with family so much easier.

The rooms themselves were extremely spacious. Each room had a kitchen and full-size fridge, two beds, plus a separate seating area with a pull-out couch bed, which made plenty of room for our three teenage boys to spread out comfortably. They also offer rooms with bunk beds, which honestly is probably what we’ll book next time because apparently teenage boys never outgrow the excitement of bunk beds.

There’s also a pretty decent-sized pool behind the hotel. It’s not heated, but the Florida sun definitely handles that problem during the day.

One of the biggest surprises was how good the soundproofing was. Even though the teenagers were hanging out next door watching TV and playing video games late into the evening, us older folks headed to bed early and didn’t hear a single peep from them all night. That alone deserves five stars.

Breakfast the next morning was also great with a really solid variety including oatmeal, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, and tons of toppings. But the real MVP is the waffle bar. Absolutely my favorite part.

Even though we only stayed one night, Home2Suites somehow managed to feel genuinely homey instead of just feeling like “a hotel.” We’ll definitely be making this our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Orlando in the future.

We had planned to go to Universal Studios that day, so location and price was good. I like the design of the room and functionality. The room location itself was nice for us- being close to the side door.

Was here for work and had no complaints during my entire stay. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating while a coworker an I were working in the lobby and patio area most evenings. Would stay here again.

Big rooms and staff

I had an amazing experience staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando South Park, and a huge part of that was thanks to Aaron at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Aaron was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

It’s rare to come across someone who provides customer service with such a positive attitude and real care for guests. Aaron answered every question with patience, made check-in effortless, and made me feel valued as a guest rather than just another reservation number.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and conveniently located, but Aaron’s hospitality truly stood out and made the experience memorable. Employees like him are the reason guests return. Highly recommend this hotel, and if you get the chance to interact with Aaron, you’ll be in great hands!
