Never again
Cons:

I was charged $50 for apparently missing drinking glasses. I have never anything happened like that and we literally only stayed there to sleep and didn't use any of their dishes

Epic Stay for a Epic trip!
Pros:

Great staff and awesome facility! Front desk representative Jonathan was very friendly and informative during our stay. Breakfast was also very good and location close to both universal studios and epic universe. Will definitely stay there again on future visits and I will highly recommend this property to others.

Cons:

Barnyard style sliding bathroom door .... Would rather have a conventional door.

I've been to this hotel a couple of times, and this time around it was very dirty and run down ast least my room was the bathroom extractor was very dirty I couldn't look up 🤢 also was surprised there was no water provided, I had to pay for it.

Excellent hotel!

Cons:

They tried to arrange the breakfast area creatively, saving space. The result is inconvenient. There is plenty of space for breakfast in this excellent hotel, and the old-fashioned way would have been much more comfortable for the guests. The breakfast itself is very basic, nothing special about it.

Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre était super pour 4. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit en arrivant à l’aéroport. Le lit est confortable et la chambre très calme. Le petit dej du matin simple mais existant était très bien.
