Clean, Compact and Convenient!
Pros:

Very convenient location, close to Waterloo underground station, the London eye, Paddington experience and Shrek! (7 min walk)
Bit concerned about it being so close to pubs and restaurants and train track in Waterloo but barely aware of any sound outside. Although compact (the whole complex is made up of storage containers hence the name Stow Away) but has everything you need for a few nights away, large comfy bed, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. Fabulous power shower.

La habitación tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado, fuimos la semana de mayo de más calor en los últimos 51 años. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir, teníamos que abrir la puerta de la habitación para que se aireara la habitación. Yo viajaba con un menor autista. El problema del aire acondicionado me lo comunicó la dirección del apartahotel veinte días antes de nuestra llegada como había margen suficiente les pedí que lo arreglaran o un cambio de habitación, nunca más hubo comunicación, no respondieron a los mails ni a los míos ni a los de booking. La solución para el problema del aire acondicionado fue un triste ventilador y una invitación a una bebida en el bar. NEFASTO, INHUMANO, YO NO PAGO UN HOTEL PARA MIS VACACIONES PARA ESTAR EN UNAS CONDICIONES PEORES QUE EN MI CASA CON UN MENOR QUE NECESITA UN AMBIENTE AGRADABLE TODO ESTO COMUNICADO VEINTE DÍAS ANTES DE NUESTRA LLEGADA

Wonderful location with a great little set up!
Pros:

The location was excellent and convenient from Waterloo station! The housekeeping staff was around every morning and were absolutely lovely!

Cons:

The suites are needing a bit of maintenance in the shower facilities! Otherwise was absolutely great!

Cleanliness, location was perfect and ease of arrival / entering our room

Cons:

It would be good to have a separate 'container' to store cases in for arriving / departing guests - a bit like other hotels do. The nearest secure storage is in Waterloo Station.

Value for money in an expensive city
Pros:

Location was excellent, room very clean

Cons:

Wasn’t aware there was no space at the sides of the bed. Crawling across the bed in your 70s isn’t much fun. We were told we would get an email giving us entry and room codes. They didn’t arrive, had to be chased by a third party, because we weren’t aware they could be accessed from the premises. We only had an iPad, no phone and had to remain in an area that had wifi.

Estadia sem o problema da água fria seria top. Booking nem nos respondeu.
Pros:

A acomodação tem de tudo completa atende muito bem em todos os requisitos.

Cons:

Das 4 estadias ficamos tomando banho de água fria, item necessário em um país de clima frio. A acomodação respondeu que era um problema geral e foi arrumado 2 dias depois. Até o momento aguardamos retorno dó booking sobre o transtorno que passamos, queremos ser ressarcidos por esse acontecimento que está em desacordo com o que o hotel oferece, mesmo isso sendo pontual. Hotéis.com respondeu nossos amigos imediatamente além de ressarcir e se desculpar pelo ocorrido. O que à booking diz sobre isso? Obs tomamos banho de caneca, pois esquentamos água na chaleira elétrica.

Só consegui entrar no quarto 40 min depois do horário .
Estore não funciona , ficou aberta o tempo todo ficando sem privacidade.
Ar condicionado não funciona, máquina de louça estáva cheia de água parada a cheirar mal.
A limpeza razoável.

Excellent location for a short city stay.
Pros:

Really good location for central London. Had all the facilities you need for a short stay in the city. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Couldn't get to grips with the microwave and couldn't find any instructions. Otherwise all was fine.
