Definitely would stay again
Pros:

So convenient and totally functional for what we needed. Quirky concept but worked really well.

Cons:

Not a dislike for us, as the soundproofing door solved most of it but light sleepers should be aware it is RIGHT by the tracks in/out of Waterloo, so you either need to love trains or be able to sleep through them!!

very private - I liked this
Pros:

1) i was not sure if I was going to be offered the coded of the door in time - this was stress 2)My safe as locked and I mentioned it 3 times, but It was not fixed, so I needed to carry passorts and cash all the time with me. No soccets except one worked which was terrible to up load my phone and comupter. I did like the experience and might book ti back. the bed at the end and big windows was great as you room looks quiet large. Fridge - oven - others all worked well. A good concept by the owners

Cons:

already mentioned - my review will be posted at marked 5.0 and this is not correct. give if a 4.3 just a good with some crucial short comings

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was excellent as handy to most attractions , Room was spacious and had a kitchenette (but no toaster).

Cons:

Lack of maintenance with the electric blinds not working (would only position half up) which made the room dark.
The shower had an overhead rain head and a hand wand which spurted water out of the sides !

We loved it and had an amazing time!
Pros:

Great location, the street is lively with lots to do and great atmosphere. A lovely wine bar down stairs and close to lots of the amazing attractions

Cons:

Check in is late and they don’t have anywhere to keep your luggage if your plane arrives early. They need to offer a space to keep your cases for the day for guests arriving from overseas.

Also there is no one on site to speak with

Dias inolvidables en Londres con una ubicación excelente!
Pros:

Alojamiento muy céntrico, a solo dos minutos andando del London eye, las instalaciones muy completas y la cama súper cómoda

Cons:

Las vías del tren estaban al lado justo del alojamiento, pero hay que decir a su favor que teníamos la los autobuses, el metro y el tren a un paso, para poder desplazarse a todos lados de Londres

Well recommended will use again
Pros:

Aircon was amazing in 38c
Clean and really well thought out
Toiletries were really good quality
Sound proofing was brilliant considering busy are and proximity to Waterloo station - never heard anything from outside.

Cons:

My blind didn’t raise fully but they gave me a voucher for the wine bar to apologise. So nothing really.

Excellent apartment and difficult to find more central location or a nicer street
Pros:

Very central located within 5 min walk to Victoria Station. Located in the middle of a thriving pedestrianised street with plenty of eating options. Perfect location for access to central London by foot, rail or subway.

Cons:

Checkin requires property sending door and apt codes and this is at 4pm. Earlier checkin (after 2pm) was difficult to organise. During a heat wave this was awkward as we had few options for shelter.

Brilliant, safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Loved the layout of the room, bathroom, location of the hotel and the security of the place.

Cons:

The staff encounter was not of the best, they don't seem to be customer centric. The ventilation in the room creates the idea of being boxed in with no window to open but the aircon was sufficient. Communication with the hotel is a nightmare if you're not a local. Sending emails and leaving messages on the booking.com was not attended to.
