Pros:

Guter Aufenthalt in ausgezeichneter Lage
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung liegt strandnah, und Geschäfte sowie die Promenade mit vielen Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Anlage hat einen Pool und Liegen im Schatten.
Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind zwar nicht neu, aber bequem, und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit Sybille war ausgesprochen gut. Sie ist eine deutschsprachige, warmherzige Person, hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr darum bemüht, dass wir einen rundum zufriedenen Aufenthalt haben.
Allerdings war die Abbildung auf Booking anders. Es gab keine Terrasse, sondern wir hatten einen schmalen Balkon. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren zufrieden.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Limbach empfangen und während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut. Sie gab auch sehr gute Anregungen.

Pros:

L'appartamento è grande con salottino e cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, la camera e il bagno puliti e comodi. Il giardino è una meraviglia, molto curato con tante piante e fiori e c'è una bella piscina con lettini. Comodo per raggiungere il mare, la pista ciclabile ed il supermercato.

Sehr tolle Wohnung; schöne Lage (3 Minuten vom Meer entfernt); wunderbare Gegend

Sehr schöner Ort, Fußweg zum Meer, nah an AB-Auffahrt und hübschen Strand-Restaurants in Borgo Prino

Am Wochenende kann es schonmal lauter werden, weil am Strand einige größere Bars mit Open Air Musik sind

Molto centrale ed immersa nel verde

Cons:

Ho trovato al mio arrivo l’appartamento pieno di formiche che nonostante il trattamento dell’host nei giorni del soggiorno ho dovuto convivere con perenne pulizia dei locali,. L’accesso alla struttura avviene in un viale strettissimo dove è facile rigare l’auto.

La colazione non c'era ma c'era la moka x fare il caffè- Appartamento di buone dimensioni c'era tutto quello che serviva. Bene il posto macchina coperto e gli stalli per le biciclette. La Signora Floriana è stata gentile e ci ha mandato delle indicazioni di ristoranti e pizzerie in zona

Metterei qualche presa per ricarica delle biciclette visto che sono quasi tutte elettriche.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, staff davvero cordiale, soggiorno perfetto.
Pros:

Vicinanza alla spiaggia, bellissimo giardino, vicinanza a servizi (come supermercati, bar, passeggiata lungo mare), parcheggio in struttura, servizi nell’alloggio come lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Spazi ben pensati

Pros:

La proxmité de la plage et des comodités, le calme, le parking privé. De plus l'appartement est très spacieux. Merci à Sybille pour son accueil et pour avoir trouvé une solution pour rétablir la connexion wifi.

Cons:

L'accès à la villa est très étroit, une voiture de taille moyenne passe très juste, attention à ne pas accrocher la carrosserie.

Sehr gute Lage, 200 m von der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants

Cons:

Die ca. 50 m lange Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr schmal. Beide Seiten ca. 15 cm bei eingeklapptem Spiegel. Rein- und rausfahren nur mit Einweiser. Beim ersten Mal rausfahren Stoßfänger angeschrabt. 800 € Schaden.

Viel Licht und etwas Schatten
Pros:

Eigentlich optimale Location am Rand von Porto Maurizio. Ca. 2,5 km zum Hafen, 5 km nach Imperia Zentrum. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Sybille war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Sehr enge Einfahrt lässt sich gut beherrschen, wenn man vorher weiß, wie. Für große Autos vielleicht schwierig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (13 Euro pro Person) kosten extra. Wenn alle 5-6 Wohnungen belegt sind, begrenzte Privatsphäre.
