Excellent and well worth its price.
Pros:

Its proximity to the airport made the hotel attractive. The room is clean and tidy and good value for money charged. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist when needed.

Cons:

Not much I can recall offhand, but maybe more choices on the meals during buffet dinner.

Very polite and effective front desk executives. Great breakfast layout. Exceptional location for very early or late night flights. Overall experience very good and this was my 3rd time in Aloft Aerocity Hotel

Pros:

Stayed here only for a day and it turned out to be the best decision. Everything was superb and the experience was only made better at nook - the restaurant. A special shout out to Mr. Dhairya who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and weren’t lacking anything.

The room cleaning service was excellent. The room was spotless, well-organized, and smelled fresh after cleaning. The staff priya, deepa and amit paid attention to every detail, including the bathroom and bedding. Very professional and timely service. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Overall Great Stay with Amazing Food, But Rooms Need Improvement

We stayed at this hotel with family for two days. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, except for the room itself.
The Positives:
Flexible Check-in:- Excellent flexibility. We arrived on a late-night flight, and the check-in process was completely hassle-free.
Location:- Great and convenient location.
Cleanliness:- The entire property was well-maintained and clean.
Breakfast:- We were highly satisfied. As food lovers, we loved the wide variety and great taste. The Poori Sabji, Pav Bhaji, and desserts are highly recommended.
Service: We appreciated the complimentary water. Special thanks to Amit and Priya for their outstanding hospitality and service.

Areas for Improvement:
Room Decor: Having stayed in many hotels, the room's appearance is very important to us. Personally, the room design did not feel like a typical hotel room and lacked the right ambiance.

Plumbing Noise: The hotel needs to fix the drainage system. Whenever water drained from the washbasin or toilet, it made a horrible, loud noise. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard.

Despite the room issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the great service

I am glad they are in Aerocity-it’s a really good place and it is near the Airport
