Pros:

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, very clean everywhere, wonderful pillows and very comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Bed was really comfortable but only a double. Possibly only that room. If you're looking for a king-size bed, phone them first to check if they have.

Our second visit to this delightful hotel!
Pros:

This gem of a hotel is in a beautiful spot on the harbour at Gorey. The room was comfortable, clean and had a great atmosphere. The staff are all amazing! Made to feel at home and nothing too much trouble. The food is lovely and plentiful. Full silver service.

Great value, comfortable and well located
Pros:

I stayed here with my elderly father, as I struggled to find many twin rooms on Jersey, and for the price, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was in a great location, and having both the pub and an excellent restaurant downstairs was ideal as we didn’t have to go far in the evenings. Parking was also easy to find near the hotel. There was a live band playing in the bar immediately below our room on Saturday night, which we enjoyed, but it’s worth bearing in mind if you’re hoping for an early night! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The Dolphin is a very well run Hotel with lovely helpful staff in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent,food was very good.
The hotel was clean.
We had a problem due to a delayed ferry crossing and the Dolphin Hotel staff were excellent in providing support.

Cons:

The shower water pressure was low but not enough to to be of concern.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent and staff very attentive.

Cons:

We were not informed in advance that we would be on the second floor with no lift. 33 steps to climb was challenging.

My first visit to Jersey was an excellent experience.all that I’d planned

The location was excellent, the staff friendly & helpful and the breakfast exceptional and the dinners ( in the hotel bar) very good value.

Cons:

The single room was well organised and very clean … but just a little small.
