Pros:

I booked the Mystiko 2Bedroom Suite for 1 night, this room is absolutely fantastic! We loved the rooftop infinity pool and lounge, the staff was so friendly and engaging. We were also given day passes to the new Aya Resort which we used the next day. Had a fantastic time!

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μοντέρνο και άνετο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, η πισίνα υπέροχη και η τοποθεσία ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα αλλά και ήσυχη. Θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά σίγουρα.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι σημαντικό που να μας ενόχλησε. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.

Pros:

Персонал просто number 1: вежливый, внимательный, всегда на связи. У меня есть аллергия пищевая - персонал привёл даже шефа, чтоб я могла с ним обсудить меню. Убирают хорошо, завтрак небольшой но всего достаточно :и салата и фрукты и яишница и бейгл с грибами. Все вкусное и свежее. Басик классный, вид на город панорамный, вкусные коктейли. Лежаки крввте как свиты. Мы там чилили каждый день 🫠🤤 Как и указано - отель находится не в центре и на горе - вниз к морю ногами 20 минут пешком прогулочным. До центральной улицы - 7 мин прогулочным шагом. Вниз легко... А вот вверх, после еды, потом прям тяжко))) брали пару раз такси (12-15 евро из центра) . Афигенный бонус что гостиница 20+. Лежишь на басике в полной тишине, пьёшь коктейль... Кайф. Разрешено загорать топлесс.

Cons:

Для меня минус это шум! Номер находился на 2м этаже, а столовая на 3м. С 11 утра и до......Часа дня все что моется убирается в столовой, движения стульев, столов что-то падает - это как будто шумные соседи сверху. Если вы едете поспать отдохнуть - имейте ввиду, слышно все. Даже ночью гости возвращались в номер просто говорили в коридоре обычным голосом, а ощущение что говорят у вас в номере. И этот шум сверху... После солнца, в 12 дня кайф было поспать, а сверху эти движущиемя стулья...
Гостиница находится прям на проезжей части, на кольце - все газующие врумврумычы - все слышно.
1 раз не пополнили капсулы кофе и сахар. Кружки помыли все новое поставили все убрали, но не наполнили "расходники".

I had a wonderful stay at Napa Suites Hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa, and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, nice atmosphere. The breakfast and the pool were very nice.

There is some noise during the night because it's close to a busy road. Also there was some light coming in from the curtains.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop pool and bar, and the location was perfect-close enough to the centre but still peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a perfect stay from start to finish.

Na pewno tu wrócę :)
Pros:

Wspaniały hotel, przemiła obsługa, najpiękniejszy widok na miasto z basenu, pyszne śniadania i w pełni wyposażone pokoje. Do tego super lokalizacja i naprawdę nie mam nic do zarzucenia.

Pros:

A clean hotel with stylish and unique rooms.

But most importantly, the staff are absolutely amazing. The cocktails are the most unique and highest-quality I’ve ever tasted anywhere in the world. Out of all the countries I’ve visited, this place serves the most incredible and creative drinks, all thanks to the talented bartender.

And above all, the true highlight of the hotel is Dorothy. She genuinely cares about making sure every guest has the best possible experience. Her warm smile, professionalism, and exceptional service are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. She truly made our stay unforgettable.
