Great pool/hot tub area!
Clean and convenient.
Excellent accommodations in Moab.
Convenient to both Arches Park and the downtown area. We Arrived a bit earlier than the normal check in time and were pleased to find that Sadik the front desk manager was able to not only get us in but upgraded our room to a suite. Thank you! On site pool, restaurant and bar are a plus.

Very nice place to stay, just needs a little more care on cleaning the rooms, had food on floor from other occupants
Loose wires dangling from the nightstands, broken blinds, gross white substances in the bathroom, loose door handles on the bathroom door, racks on the shower literally falling off the walls. View from the "with a view" rooms looks directly onto the freeway, and is not the view advertised on their website. $300 for a Sunday night. Appalling and disgusting hotel. Avoid at all costs.
When we first checked into our room, we were hit with a strong, skunky marijuana smell, which was a frustrating way to start our stay especially because I have asthma. However, Roberto and Jana stepped in immediately to help us out. Thanks to their quick action with auto fan and another fan exhausting, the room stopped smelling. While the initial odor issue was disappointing, their excellent customer service turned the experience around and made sure we had a comfortable visit.
Very friendly staff. So nice to have such a great pool area when it was so hot in Moab. Breakfast is free and kind of what you would expect for a free breakfast. Not amazing, but good. I will be returning for sure.
The pool area had plenty of clean towels, and the ice cold water in the lounge was a nice touch on a hot day.
The breakfast items were okay. If in a jam and no other options it works but I would almost rather go somewhere else than have it again.
