Very helpful staff, and clean pool and rooms.
Pros:

The pool area had plenty of clean towels, and the ice cold water in the lounge was a nice touch on a hot day.

Cons:

The breakfast items were okay. If in a jam and no other options it works but I would almost rather go somewhere else than have it again.

Vraiment rien à redire sur cet hôtel !

Nous avions réservé une Capitol Suite (un véritable appartement) et tout était impeccable. Nous disposions d'un accès direct à la piscine, d'un parking privé, d'un balcon, de deux chambres séparées ainsi que d'un salon avec cuisine. C'était spacieux, confortable et très pratique pour un séjour en famille.

Nous y avons passé trois nuits et la piscine est un vrai plus après une journée dans les parcs. De plus, elle reste ouverte jusqu'à 22 h, ce qui laisse largement le temps d'en profiter en rentrant.

Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le prix, est simple mais efficace.

Enfin, le personnel de l'accueil est particulièrement agréable et accueillant.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Amazing hotel and outstanding service

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The customer service, cleanliness, pool, location, and overall atmosphere were perfect.

A special thank-you to the hotel manager, who helped us when our car battery died. He even offered us a free ride to the nearest dealer and made sure we were taken care of.

The hotel is also incredibly pet-friendly. Our dog received a special goodie bag with a bowl, toys, treats, and poop bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr nahe zum Arches NP. Gleich oberhalb gibt es ein Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht, wo wir gut gegessen haben. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Pool, gratis parken vor dem Hotel. Gute Betten, geräumige Zimmer.

Pros:

The hottest room of the hotel : gym room! Insane, no conditionning air.
The quality of the food at breakfast was very inconsistant, some were ok but some really bad quality.
No possibility to see the world cup match : TV too old to be connected with smartphone, no effort of the reception staff to propose a solution or a place in the city to watch the match…no service!
