Cooking class!
Pros:

The cooking class was awesome! The chef was super helpful and great at teaching us. We tested portions of the food along the way which made me even more hungry for the end part.

Pros:

This was my first time in Canggu, and the hotel exceeded my expectations: the pool, the food, the in-room massage, and the staff at the front desk and the cafe. It was a really good experience from start to finish, and the shower was amazing. The Wi-Fi worked great during my stay.

Cons:

The only issue was that my room was on the top floor(my choice), and there’s a club next to the hotel that hosts a big party on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you’re a light sleeper, it could be a problem, but it didn’t bother me. Just be aware that there’s a club on Tuesdays and Fridays, and they stop around 2:00.--not a problem just something to be aware of, they also make you aware.

Left to a different hotel within 1 hour of checking in
Pros:

Total scam…

Hotel has practice of over booking their rooms. We arrived on a honeymoon to a room that’s completely different from the picture. Bed configurations were also different because they ran out of the room we booked for.

Canguu stay
Pros:

a beautiful hotel, very spacious room, great facilities, lovely helpful staff, excellent pool area with bar, restaurant and gym. Located very close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

the only issue is building work next door which will take a while.
