A relaxing getaway that was everything you needed to the point of surprise.
Pros:

View was great from pool. enjoyed all the facilities near pool and spa, the bars and restaurants, room service were all great. Staff were really eager to help and be polite. Wonderful stay! You get what you pay for.

An impressive hotel, but unfortunately the experience felt rather impersonal. There were two weddings taking place on the Sunday evening we stayed, making the hotel extremely busy, and the on site restaurant was unavailable to us. While our room was comfortable, it was quite noisy throughout the night, with what sounded like lift or plumbing noises. Overall, a lovely property, but the experience lacked the personal touch you would expect from a hotel of this level.

I rang to get early 1.00pm entry assumed it was taken care of with payment and price spoken about.. But it was not comunicated to the arrivals desk ,so we had to wait 2 hrs to get in to room..

Lovely but overpriced.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with separate rainwater and hand shower heads. Central location.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

I expected more for the premium room price. Pillows could have been firmer (I know it's hard to please everyone). Toiletries were fine but I expected more.
I was curious about what the hotel offered and now I know.

The roof top bar is fantastic as was the view from the room.

Cons:

They don’t provide drinking water, it is a machine that produces tepid water, not ideal. The housekeeping team left dirty glasses and didn’t replace all the towels. The toilet has a horrible smell emanating from it.

Pros:

One of the best hotels I have stayed to date. Staff were amazing, facilities were beautiful, location is on point.

Cons:

Only a slight muck up during checkout when I was charged twice for our extras. Staff did not offer exchange rate option so made it confusing when one charge was slightly more than the other. Refund was received so all is well.
