Organisation und Frühstück leider sehr unprofessionell

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, gepflegter sehr guter Standard. Rooftop-Pool ist ein Highlight, Aussicht super. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Organisation war eine Katastrophe. Beim Frühstück wusste niemand, dass wir kommen - obwohl an der Rezeption angemeldet und bestätigt. Dann 55 Minuten auf 2 Kaffee gewartet und in Summe 70 Minuten bis ein Frühstück auf dem Tisch stand. Hat uns am Abreisetag ganz schön in Stress versetzt.
Und zu guter Letzt noch die Kreditkarte mit 65 AUD belastet, für Leistungen, die wir nicht gebucht oder genutzt hatten.
Sehr viel Chaos und Unprofessionellalität für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.
Sehr schade - für uns nicht noch einmal

Pros:

Position is amazing - close to city, great views across river, cafes and restaurants, Train stops directly behind.

Cons:

Starting to look worn, no heaters in roof top, with doors wide open requires heavy coats. In Winter you should rethink this. Comfort while eating makes it more enjoyable, we left early due to cold.

Overall, a truly enjoyable hotel stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless and so comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful complimentary birthday cake, which was a beautiful surprise, along with the delicious cocktails and hot chocolate. The rooftop bar offered great views and was a nice place to unwind.

So much to offer and it's all good!
Pros:

LOVED the hotel and all its amenities! Enjoyed my four day stay there and loved the location. Easy to get around Brisbane from there and the views were spectacular - from every angle!
Staff are all very helpful and genuinely enjoy helping you! Highly recommended!
