Cons:

I’ve stayed here a few times and always great but this time the water problem was not good. After getting home from river fire and found I couldn’t have a hot shower or even flush the toilet made us uncomfortable sleeping for the night. I know it’s not your fault fully but just made the experience a bit sad

I love our luxury stays at the Emporium.
Recently stayed 3 nights.
Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable Bed. Lots of restaurants and food options within walking distance. A minute walk from Southbank Parklands, Beautiful River walks. Approx 10 min walk to Convention Centre, Approx 18 min walk to Queen St Mall. Convenience stores close by for those essentials you forget. Close to Southbank train station.

Cons:

Can not fault our experience.

Pros:

Es un hotel excelente que sólo debería mejorar en pequeños detalles, pero relación calidad-precio, muy correcta. El personal muy amable y predispuesto.

Cons:

Lo que si noté a faltar es un desayuno tipo buffet, ya que el que ofrecen se sirve en la cafetería de la esquina del mismo hotel y la variedad, es muy escasa por el precio que se paga. Por otro lado, deberían recordar a los clientes que al acceder a la piscina no lo hagan con copas de champan de fristal por el peligro que ello conlleva para los usuarios.
