You had to go out side to go to breakfast and the food prices in the hotel were ridiculously expensive and not very nice
This is an excellent hotel in every way, especially if you are in town for business . Everything from the Room service the valet service and the concierge staff wasfirst class. We will definitely be back.

The pool and gym facilities being accessed on the same lifts and floor as the terrace bar. You have to walk past bar guests.

The room and facilities is absolutely amazing, the staff are friendly.
Getting charged twice for a room, mistakes happen, but not rectifying the mistake straight up is a little disappointing tho.
The view from 1008 (450$ per night), train tracks and uni lodge, in my opinion better off paying a little more and request rooms towards the front or river views.

Epitome of luxury stays. The Frangipani penthouse suite is unlike any other penthouse we have stayed at. The staff and the guest relations manager Bobby, made organising my wife's birthday surprise a simple task. The service is amazing and we were looked after very well. Highly recommend the Emporium Hotel.
