My wife and I stayed here and we were blown away by the beautiful rooms and facilities. The staff where exceptional and catered to our every needs as well as helping us with printing tickets and late checkout.
The aircon was not as cool we would have liked but we asked the staff and they came straight away to help

The customer service was exceptional.The facilities were exceptional.The fact that they gave me an upgrade without me asking was amazing.I wish I could have stayed a bit longer than just a weekend.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I realised that the hotel only had valet parking and because of its location, it's probably a bit too difficult to have its own guest parking. But that's probably the only little detail that I would had an issue with. it's not that I don't necessarily dislike it, but if they had parking for guests, it would have been amazing.
Apart from that issue, which isn't really an issue at all, it was an amazing stay , and the hotel is amazing.
