All in all it was a good stay the location is marvelous

Excellent location, wonderful staff

Cons:

Housekeeping is useless, reminded them on a daily basis to put towels, coffee, tissue box, clean the carpet etc.
The noise was quit high as the window wasn’t closing properly.

În ceea ce privește curățenia, se putea face mai mult (ferestrele nu erau curate). Lipsa căldurii în baie. Lipsa unui loc de parcare.

Stunning hotel !
Pros:

Stayed in the Corner Suite with Sea View and it absolutely delivered! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean and finished to a really modern, stylish standard. The super king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was outstanding.

The sea view from the corner suite is a big plus and definitely recommended for the extra price. The staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout, which really made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a brilliant location in Karaköy very close to Galataport shops and restaurants.

Would not hesitate to return!

Pros:

Veldig hyggelig personale, super velkomst, vi følte oss velkomne og godt mottatt. Vi ba om en tilleggstjeneste, og siden de ikke hadde det tilgjengelig ble vi oppgradert til et bedre rom. Kjempegod frokost på en super takterrasse med utsikt over Bosbouros. Helt perfekt beliggenhet, kort til alt.

Excellent location and spacious room
Pros:

The location is excellent, with the ferry terminal just a two minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Helpful and nice staff.
The bathroom was large and well maintained, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The hairdryer was particularly impressive, being both powerful and high quality.

Cons:

I wish the hotel offered a more reasonably priced breakfast option for guests. There is no breakfast buffet available, only à la carte choices, which I found quite expensive.

Great location
Pros:

Great location -- on the Bosphorus River, next to the 5-star Peninsula Hotel, within walking distance of the Bosphorus bridge and Galata Tower. And lots of restaurants, cafes, bars within a short walk.

Our room was very nice, well appointed with mini fridge and safe. Great shower. No bar/lounge, but plenty in the area. The rooftop restaurant offered breakfast and a few items for dinner, but really is not worth while for anything other than the free breakfast. Even that was extremely limited and not somewhere I would eat again if I had to pay for it.

The reception staff speaks great English and was really helpful. The restaurant staff spoke very little English and that made it difficult to ask questions or specify how I wanted my eggs done, etc.

Overall we were delighted with our stay here, as far as location and rooms. Seems to be a good price performer.

Best view to wake up to!
Pros:

Amazing location and the best view (we had a corner room where the bed is facing windows). Big and very comfortable room and great bathroom.
The team is very helpful and friendly, they made our stay unforgeable and we would love to come back when visiting Istanbul next time.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy early morning when ferries start navigation, but I believe it is still very silent and calm compared to Istanbul average. Windows are isolating well, so again "thank you" to the hotel.
