Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Mustafa an der Rezeption war sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wird à la carte serviert und die Auswahl ist gross. Alles war frisch und lecker, und die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Putzkraft war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war der tolle Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Im Zimmer hat leider ein Haartrockner gefehlt

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Top Service. Und die Lage ist perfekt um alles sehenswertr in kürzester Zeit zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Idealerweise liegt auch der Anliegeplatz Karaköy der Fähren direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Normalmente negli hotel , al mattino, si sente profumo di colazione; qui no. La colazione è solo a la carte. Io ce l’avevo inclusa. Però arrivare nella splendida terrazza e non vedere caffè çay dolce salato, fa strano.
Camera grande e bella, ma impolverata: Pagata molto per come è tenuta. Una suite dovrebbe essere eccellente e pulita ogni giorno.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with genuinely outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay again!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Wings Hotel Karaköy and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic — close to the waterfront, great restaurants and rooftop bars, and walking distance of landmarks like Galata Tower, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, while the rooftop restaurant has incredible views over Istanbul and is a real highlight.

Most of all, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive!
