Appartamento spazioso al piano primo, cucina dotata di tutto al piano terra e con zona esterna, zona silenziosa, parcheggio gratuito, pulizia ottima, Non ho usufruito del wellness per cui non posso commentare in merito.
The view of mountain is great
I don't know where to start.
Unfortunately, this place is situated in the middle of breathtaking nature, but there is no one who knows how to manage this hotel. It is simply a family running the place however they please, far removed from any standard hotel and tourism regulations you might know.
Stay away from this place and do not get trapped like I did.
The place is completely unequipped with air conditioning, not even a fan. If you return to your hotel room from a noon tour, you are truly in hell because of the heat.
The hotel restaurant has very few options, and you can only eat what they serve you—dishes that only they are accustomed to the taste of, and unknown varieties. There are no burgers, pizza, or even schnitzel. If you bring in food from outside, you are not allowed to sit in the spacious grounds of the hotel except in an isolated area... as if it's an arbitrary act to force you to order food from them.
Playing in the pool is not allowed. I saw another family at the pool, and the hotel manager, an elderly woman, prohibited two children who were playing in the pool from throwing a small ball, even though they were very quiet.
The management of this place is not good, and it was a very bad experience.
Stay away and run far away.

Einige Apartments/Ferienwohnungen sind wie beschrieben 600m vom Hotel entfernt. Mit Auto ist das aber gar kein Problem. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Wellness und Pool Bereich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
I really enjoyed the Swimmingpool Pool and the breakfasts. Lovely quiet Location
Everything was great
Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped, own retrace, good location nearby the route (17 minutes to Salzburg airport)
There were no washing machine, air conditioner, no beverages at the apartment (as water, coffee or tea)
