In dieser Preisklasse sollte nicht nur die Lage TOP sein, sondern auch die Ausstattung.
Pros:

Schöne Lage und großartiger Strand. Große Ferienanlage, wo man trotzdem Privatsphäre haben kann.
Schnelle Reaktion des lokalen Teams auf Reklamationen, die teilweise behoben werden konnten, großteils aber wohl im Verantwortungsbereich des Besitzers liegen

Cons:

Ausstattung der Unterkunft war erschreckend: Herd und Backrohr nur mit Einschränkungen verwendbar, Kühlschrank mit schlechter Kühlleistung, Küchenutensilien tw. kaputt, Wasserkocher verrostet, Löcher in der Wand, kein Spülmittel oder Abwaschschwamm.
Beim Check-in wurde ein mehrseitiges Regelwerk zur Unterschrift vorgelegt und eine Sicherheitsleistung im Wert von einer Nacht einbehalten. Im Licht der oben beschriebenen Mängel ist unverständlich.

Pros:

A localização é excelente.
Entre a praia e piscina central.

Cons:

Os colaboradores da recepção não estão foçados na experiência do cliente.
Quando chegamos não havia papel higiénico em nenhum dos WC.
A fechadura de uma das portas para o exterior não fechava.
Da recepção simplesmente não atendem o telefone.
( tentamos durante duas horas)
Quando fomos à recepção ( que estava vazia) percebemos que o telefone estava em silêncio (para não incomodar os funcionários com os problemas chatos dos clientes).

Pros:

O tamanho da casa era ótima para 4 pessoas e um bebé.

Cons:

Infelizmente a casa que nos deram tinha o AC estragado. Reclamamos e mudamos de casa mas a casa que nos deram não estava pronta para receber hóspedes e não estava limpa a 100%. Muito mau.

Falta de sinalização dentro do resort, nas placas não indicam direcção de piscinas, de restaurantes, de nada...só do número das casas!
Falta de pessoas a orientar, já que não têm placas.
Falta de manutenção, há partes dos passadiços a precisar de manutenção, porque o deck começa a estar em mau estado.
À entrada da casa havia uma caixa no chão com as madeiras todas soltas o que provocou um ferimento numa das "crianças".
Praia, só numa das saidas é que é vigiada.
Tantas regras para com os hóspedes e tão pouco rigor para a manutenção e comodidade

Pros:

Lovely beaches

Cons:

Houses are run down
4th bedroom was an annex and had no bathroom which is not good when you have kids. Also the beds were very uncomfortable
And the pictures on booking.com are not the same houses that are available to rent. They are very small houses for 7.8k for a week
