Lovely hotel near time square next to.bus station easy access from airport central in manhatten. Great roof top bar in it and bar on level below which had a night club feel. You can have a wee wait for elevators but not an issue. You also get a free drink and 25 dollars to spend in shop. Cleaners in every day rooms are immaculate
I am afraid to say that I have experienced the same problem as the review before.
We stayed over a month ago and the deposit still has not arrived.
I have reported it to Barclaycard who are now doing it for me.
It is a same as the stay and Hotel were great and I would have recommended to friends but if you add the charge into the room price its makes it expensive.
I have also reported them to the travel company.
There water bottle filling station in basement wasn’t working despite promising they gonna fix it asap which never happened during our 4 days stay. That was only water filling unit.
Also rooms were too small

La camera è piccola, ma con tutto ciò che serve e ben pulita. Le stanze rinnovate da poco quindi nel complesso gradevole. La colazione non offre molti prodotti, ma di qualità
esagerato uso dell'aria condizionata negli ambienti comuni e nella reception gli spazi non erano adeguati al numero di ospiti.

I hated that the parking cost so much
And for some reason I never got my 150.00 deposit back I only stayed one night leaving the room in perfect condition
So they scam you in that way I guess
Also hated that my room was facing people apartments I had no view

90$ to park the car an no in and out and the reception didn’t even mention it so i paid 400$ usd for 2 days
