Didn’t like when I asked a staff member where was the ice machine gave me attitude in elevator told me she didn’t know much English that she was new which I doubt some how she got offended and it was a honest question but overall the front desk was great but felt disrespected and paid a nice amount to stay there

Location location location... ambiance decor
My room wasn't available due to overbooking. I was told to wait an hour at 10pm at night. After going to dinner and actually giving them 2 hours, my room still want ready. I was waiting for a ton up to 1230am. No compensation, no opportunity to cancel without penalty, no consideration or empathy.

los elevadores son el problema #1 del hotel, solo 2 funcionando para hacer CKout perdimos mas de 40 mts esperando para bajar. los precios del bar son MUY altos.
