Staff were very friendly. Hotel was spotless! A lot of credit to the cleaning staff as they had the rooms sitting perfect every day.
Couldn’t fault it
This was genuinely the best hotel I've ever stayed in!!! We had a top floor room with the most incredible view ever!! We woke up every morning to a view of the edge, one world, empire state building and much more!! It was immaculately clean, bottled water left in the room each day and the beds were really comfy!!
Honestly I will be staying there every time from now on!!

konum çok iyiydi, metro ya ve otobüs terminaline 1 dk mesafede. times square'e 3-4 dk mesafede. temiz ve kullanışlık bir pratik.
odalar küçük ama bu zaten bütün new york için geçerli. konumu yüzünden etrafta çok fazla evsiz var ama herkes kendi halinde. lobi çok küçük ve otel çok kalabalık, asansör çok fazla beklenebiliyor.

El hotel tiene un rooftop en el piso 40 y desde las 6PM el público es incesante y no hay una buena organización de los tres ascensores que hay para las habitaciones y rooftop.

Recently stayed for three nights for a very long awaited sightseeing trip to New York.
I contacted the hotel prior to our stay as this visit was for my husband's 60th Birthday. I had booked a deluxe double bedded room a high floor. I had read reviews that guests had rooms with views of the Empire State Building. I requested this in my email as this was a special visit. When we arrived late at night after an extremely long Amtrak train journey from Canada. We were checked in by a very friendly Donovan. Our room was on the 38th floor which was great, unfortunately there was no Empire State Building in sight from our window and we had a kingsize bed not two beds as booked.
The staff had kindly decorated above the bed with balloons and a 'Happy Birthday' Banner.
The next evening we had a free Aperol Spritz and a beer with the hotels complimentary Cocktail voucher and token.
On our day of departure the lady on reception kindly booked our taxi to Newark Airport.
The hotel was conveniently located, staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is a very small room, but it was manageable with two large suitcases.
It would have been a perfect stay with a view of the Empire State Building for my husband's special Birthday; but I made up for this by us both visiting in person and we upgraded to the 102 floor which is AMAZING.

Stayed here instead of the usual Park Central. It was a little cheaper and seen as it was my and my husband and no children this time we weren’t massively bothered about where we stayed. It definitely wasn’t as nice. Very basic, the lifts were slow and always queues, very small lobby. However you got what you pay for. It was clean staff were friendly. Roof bar was nice however I didn’t know you had to book and it was always so busy we couldn’t get In. A gentleman at the desk booked our taxi for the airport and was very helpful. Overall good place just missing something
