Aiguablava hotel
Pros:

The only good thing of this hotel was the sea view and the staff. A very lovely family that sustains the entire hotel and it atmosphere. Very good people, they have a unique energy.

Cons:

A shortage of staff was felt, although whey did their best. Best wishes to them.
But one or two persons cant't do everything. September is still a high season.
Lacks of cleanliness and maintenance.
Not good value for money.

Recomendable 100%, coged terraza!
Pros:

La ubicación y limpieza perfectos.

Cons:

Una pena que no tengan una terraza común más acondicionada con sillones, pero aún así se está genial. Si coges habitación con terraza solucionas esto también es verdad.

Really good, but could be better.
Pros:

Not crowded, very private, good staff, clean.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit underwhelming, no toothbrushes, shaving cream or any of the usual cosmetics you expect to find in a hotel of this price range.

Magical, a Spanish haven
Pros:

This hotel was incredible. The views are unbeatable, waking up to the mountains and the sea right from the room, and the family who run the place are wonderfully warm and welcoming. It's small and quiet, has easy parking, a nice skylight over the shower, and you can walk straight down to the beach.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing stood out. I can't think of a single thing I'd change about the stay.

Pros:

Bastante tranquilo En su día lo decoraron bien. Luego se ha ido perdiendo.

Cons:

Todo muy pequeño. Y un poco descuidado. El filtro de la ducha se movía , el grifo de la ducha desconchado, un poco desangelado. Para el precio podrían dejar al menos una botella de agua en la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que no hay bar abierto por la noche.

Отличное расположение рядом с пляжами. Удобная логистика. Бесплатный паркинг.
Терассы и бассейн отлично продуманы. Быстро и легко можно добраться до соседних бухт и пляжей.

Cons:

Туалет с прозрачной дверью. Немного дорого для 3х звезд

Super séjour passé dans la chambre 10.. La vue sur la mer à partir de la grande terrasse est magnifique. Le personnel est au top, L'accés aux criques de Fornell en 10/15 mn à pieds est un plus. Nous reviendrons

La situation géographique - chambre spacieuse, jolie piscine, petits déjeuners très variés et copieux, les lits très confortables, le calme et la gentillesse du personnel.

Salle de bain à rafraichir mais rien de dramatique.

Una buena opción en Aiguablava pero el precio es un tanto elevado
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas, el parking gratuito, la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno no estaba mal pero podría mejorar un poco ya que algunas cosas las cobran como "extra" cuando el precio total por las habitaciones no lo justifica.

Cons:

La piscina no está mal pero si se quiere utilizar al atardecer falta poner alguna luz. Queda totalmente a oscuras. Sería bueno también contar con algún servicio de bebidas. La falta de heladeras en las habitaciones es un problema (hay que ir especialmente a buscarlas lo cual es bastante incómodo). La limpieza es la básica y a veces había que pedir cambio de toallas o faltaba poner las toallas de mano. En la terraza también sería deseable tener algo de luz para aprovecharla mejor de noche.

Personnel adorable mais un peu cher vu l’emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel (Luis et Ali) sont adorables et toujours disponibles.

Cons:

La différence entre les photos et la réalité : la toute juste en dessous avec pas mal de passage. La terrasse tres petite où l’on entend tout à côté. Le petit déjeuner assez cher avec dessous aliments pas de la meilleure qualité.
Le pré-paiement qui s est mal passé avec des remarques un peu suspicieuses du propriétaire.

Dommage, car l’établissement bénéficie d’un très beau cadre et d’une superbe vue mer.
Pros:

Belle vue mer, mais décevant pour un 3 étoiles

Le gros point positif reste la très belle vue sur la mer et l’emplacement.


Globalement, nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait de services et de soin dans l’entretien pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Cons:

En revanche, les prestations ne sont pas vraiment à la hauteur d’un établissement 3 étoiles. Les chambres manquent clairement d’équipements : pas de réfrigérateur, pas de machine à café, et une robinetterie vieillissante.

La propreté est également à revoir : les WC n’étaient pas correctement nettoyés et la piscine était sale. La porte de notre chambre était également en mauvais état et nous est même restée dans les main
