Pros:

As áreas comuns são muito boas, com decorações de de antiquário uma mais linda que a outra,vc volta no tempo da realeza.

Cons:

O banheiro, chuveiro e ducha demorava muito para esquentar, e o chuveiro péssimo para chegar na temperatura ideal.

Prédio com bonita arquitetura e um extenso jardim. Pra quem admira arte, o ambiente está repleto de pinturas, esculturas e objetos antigos.
Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha cortinas na porta de acesso à sacada, deixando o hóspede sem privacidade.

Maravilhoso como Gramado
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso! Adorei a decoração com vários insight de viagens. Café da manhã bem completo, chuveiro que aquece rápido e cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos, educados e muito bom o atendimento.

Cons:

Aquecimento, estava muito bom, mas ficou muito aquecido o quarto e não sabia como diminuir, mas também não liguei na recepção pra verificar. Nada que atrapalhe a avaliação pois estava tudo muito bom.
