Location, location, location
Pros:

Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room is a bit smelly, broken tap but still working, shower head was too low that I have to bend down to rinse my hair.

My Bad experience in Summit Hotel Tacloban
Pros:

I understand your disappointment. The frustrating part is not just the ₱2,000 early check-in charge—it’s that after willingly paying the additional fee as a regular customer, you were given a room that was not properly cleaned and had a shower that did not function properly. That makes the experience feel especially unacceptable.

You also made a reasonable effort to contact the Head of Front Office, Mr. Eugene Lim. Whether he has read the message or simply has read receipts/notifications disabled, the important issue is that you have not received a response.

Almost perfect. Please consider to have an intensive cleaning of the rooms..
Cons:

The room needs deep cleaning specially the bathroom/toilet/floor.

Would be a perfect space to stay if a thorough, and intensive cleaning will be done on this property

Comfortable Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location to Robinson Mall. Staff are great, welcoming and friendly. Rooms and beds are larger than expected. For Tacloban, it's a great hotel, safe and secure with everything you need close by.
