Rooms smelled bad, can see mold in the bathroom and shower. Poor housekeeping staff makes customers wait for rooms to be available well after checking hours begin.

Rooms smelled bad. Also, we had to wait 3 hours (2 hours past check in time) for the rooms to be ready.

Cons:

Windows need cleaning, you can't hardly see the view outside due to algae and dust.
There was no bath mat and hand towels provided in the bathroom.

Pros:

This is one of my favorite hotel...from reception to housekeeping and security personnel. Everyone giving their warmth welcome to all guests.

Cons:

Aside from giving us welcome offer 3 slices of cakes without cover...all was good.

Their is no Gard or even hotel staff to help unhelpful to assist my yong age kids when midnight check out due of midnight travelling to airport,
Luck of assistance during midnight, kid's has to walk going to airport due of cannot find transport.

The staff Need more training, to assist outside the hotel door same as other holtel on my experience, for transport or even hopefully had offered a car for transport, specially just young age kid's and teenagers.

I love the place it’s just needs to make sure the molds are cleaned up coz molds are not good for the health.
