There is no smart TV, and the hotel offers only 20 cable channels. Of these, 11 are non-English channels, with just 2 news channels, 2 sports channels, 1 radio channel, 1 kids’ channel, 1 documentary channel, 1 promotional channel, and 1 very outdated movie channel.
The lobby is located on the 41st floor, while the rooms are on floors in the 30s. The bridge to the railway station is on Level 1. However, you cannot travel between all levels of the hotel without passing through the lobby on the 41st floor, which is very inconvenient. Even when going to the railway station, you have to pass through the lobby before accessing the bridge.

We stayed in two rooms for 9 nights. When making the booking, we specifically requested a late check-out because our flight was late. We were given only a 2-hour extension for one room, supposedly due to limited availability. However, Booking.com was showing plenty of rooms available at the same time, which made the hotel’s response rather disappointing.

Getting to the room from the parking area required taking three different lifts, which was actually quite inconvenient and annoying. (Approximately, 20mins ish depending on the crowd)

Breakfast very good and not over the top for size although you can help yourself to buffet as well

Bar and welcome from staff after a long flight

Complimentary coffee machine and snacks on each floor

Room size is huge plus we were upgraded as well
