You’ll be Happy You Stayed Here!
Pros:

Fab location. Right opposite pretty park with Alfred Hall (AC/DC players there) and an entertaining family of macaques. Looked forward to breakfasts. Loved the huge map of Tassie which engaged visitors in conversation. High quality environment. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to come back after a day of walking in this town full of gorgeous old buildings, and sink into big comfy leather lounge with a nice coffee and book. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.

The bedside table lights in my room could be more conducive to reading.

Pros:

A lovely hotel with warm service. Thought unexpectedly visited by possums, we can say it is close to the nature. Nice decoration and beautiful garden are impressive.

A lovely old building; a great comfortable breakfast area with roomy seating & gorgeous orchids. Delicious breakfast - boiled eggs, avocado, marmalade & sourdough. We will book again!

Pros:

When I arrived there was no booking for this accommodation. It was Aug 2-3. Very disappointed as I was rescheduled to a 2 bedroom apartment up the hilly side from the city centre. I won't use this booking service again. I was receiving notification that invoice was attached but I had to give my private details to host to send invoice. :(

Cons:

Ridiculously expensive considering there was absolutely no house keeping. Breakfast was the absolute bare minimum

Pros:

The Florance is a beautiful building located opposite the park, it is a close walk to everything and great restaurants. The breakfast was fabulous, we really couldn't fault anything.

A most enjoyable stay in a warm, stylish and accommodating venue which is close to the city centre.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good but the same every day. More variety would be good. The electric blanket was a good feature. Furnishings and aesthetic elements were terrific. The house itself is magnificent and the location is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No cupboard space in the room.

Wonderful! The Florance is just beautiful - exceptionally comfortable and perfectly located.
Pros:

This charming property has been beautifully renovated and makes for perfect accommodation when visiting Launceston. Comfortable and clean with wonderful facilities. Great location, just a short walk into city centre, and opposite the stunning City Park. Host Kate was lovely and staff incredibly attentive - a beautiful breakfast in the Conservatory a special touch.
