Comfortable, just different!
Pros:

The communal breakfast was great, always sat on the long central table and enjoyed the company of fellow guests. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating.

Cons:

Was a little surprised by the size of the bathroom. Although it was spotlessly clean, we are used to having a more spacious area. This is the first time we have stayed in a guest house, so didn't really know what to expect. In the end, we left happy traveler's.

Everything we wanted - absolute gem of a place.
Pros:

What a gem of a place! We were so lucky to get a room after landing at accommodation that was well below what we'd expected. We arrived to this beautiful boutique hotel with gorgeous room & lovely staff and woke to a great breakfast.

Lovely converted old house, pleasant rooms
Pros:

The breakfast ws delicious but the time was a bit late for my adventures (I was getting collected at 8.00am) so I could not finish it as breakfast only opened at 7.45am.

The best start to our holiday!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to town and City Park. Room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom, bed was very comfortable! Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best, so delicious! Such a great place to stay in Launceston!

A most relaxing, overnight stay. We enjoyed the beautiful park across the road the next day.
Pros:

The fresh aroma of the garden and flowers in the house and the old time atmosphere. Our room and bathroom was spotless.
The lady serving at breakfast was lovely and the breakfast was perfect.
