Cons:

I used Booking.com and encountered a last-minute emergency that required me to cancel my reservation. I assured that the refund would be processed before the deadline, never. I am dissatisfied with booking.com and have lost $650.00. I will refrain from making reservations on their website and will instead contact the Hampton Inn directly.

Would not use this location again.
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No closet in room. Nowhere to hang clothes. Very disappointing. Entrance door leading in from back parking area (by pool) was not locked even though sign said it was locked 24/7. Clerk said it had been broken for a couple of days. A huge liability! Ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order. We stayed on 1st floor and had to go to 3rd for ice. No closet and unsecured door were huge disappointments.
