残念…。
Pros:

私がお会いしたフロントのスタッフは男性2名でした。お二人とも日本語が上手で丁寧に対応して下さいました。

Cons:

シャワーとトイレが仕切られているのは良いです。でも…シャワーを使うと仕切りの下から床のタイルの目地伝いに水がトイレ側に流れてしまい、トイレの床がビショビショになってしまいました。これでは仕切られている意味がありません。あと…シャワーベッドとホースのつなぎの所が外れそうでした。

Cons:

タオル、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは補充されているのになぜかバスマットだけは一回も変えてもらえなかったのはなぜなんでしょう？と思いました。

悪くないけど、快適でもない
Pros:

駅にも近く便利でした

Cons:

ドアが軽く、意識して締めないと閉まっていないことがありました。
椅子が壊れそうで、実際に椅子の足から釘が出ており、グラグラでした。

江南方面を利用する際は是非利用したいです。
Pros:

駅の改札から出口までは少し遠目ですが出口からすぐで近くにコンビニもあり、スタバもあり立地的に良し。
今回2泊し、部屋の中も綺麗に掃除して頂きタオルや歯ブラシも新しく取替えて頂いてたのは嬉しかったです。

Cons:

クチコミ等では日本語対応スタッフと書いてあるのですが、私がチェックインした際は日本語対応が出来ないスタッフの方でした。
また夜に出かける際に、ロビーのエレベーター前に女の方が毎度ソファに座っているのが不気味でした。

Pleasant and wonderful stay
Pros:

Location was superb, walking distance to the famous Coex Mall. My 4th time staying in this hotel, really like the room (spacious), location and friendly staff

Good location, terrible hotel.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

It is loud outside (can't be helped) as the hotel is on a main road. Non-stop noise from 2-5am outside. Beds are hard as rocks. Bathroom smells slightly of mildew and walls are scuffed. Hotel is rundown and in desperate need of updates. Very disappointed with the property in comparison to others that we stayed at in Korea during the week.
