Convenient location in Lisbon's Old Town. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. It may not be for everyone but we LOVED the stocked kitchen with amazing fresh local bread every morning to cook our own breakfast. LOVED! Wonderful conversations with Pedro, really enjoyed our interactions

My husband and I stayed at Dare House for a couple of days in June. We just loved it. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome! We were offered wine and Tania explained the neighborhood around us. Which was so helpful. It is a great location, with restaurants and shops all around. We walked everywhere. Tania made us dinner reservations by the water, which was lovely as well. The vibe of the hotel is kinda funky and warm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and is a “do it yourself”, which is fun. Highly recommend!

Dare Lisbon House was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Lisbon. The room had a cozy cottage feel, and our room overlooked the street below, which gave us a nice view of everyday neighborhood life. The hotel is located on a small one-way street that makes the area feel especially quaint and charming.

One of our favorite touches was breakfast. They provide fresh ingredients so you can prepare your own breakfast, and every morning they hang fresh baked goods on your door. It made the experience feel very personal and welcoming.

The location was excellent and made it easy to walk to many of the downtown attractions. From the outside, the building is very unassuming, but once inside, it is beautifully done and very comfortable. Everyone we met there was extremely friendly, and the bed was very comfortable as well.

Our only complaint really wasn’t with the hotel itself, but with the neighboring restaurant. Around midnight each night, they locked up their outdoor chairs, which created quite a bit of noise.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay at Dare Lisbon House again.

Our stay at Dare Lisbon House was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality, including a welcoming glass of wine that set the tone for our stay. The team went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The room was absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the charm and character of old Lisbon while still offering modern comforts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a unique and memorable experience.

We would highly recommend Dare Lisbon House to anyone visiting Lisbon and would happily stay here again.

The hotel was in a brilliant location. The staff at reception were really helpful. There was complimentary wine and water on offer in the reception. The kitchenette area was useful due to the unusual concept of breakfast. So nice to eat breakfast at your own pace and eat as much as you want. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was extremely clean and spacious. It was equipped with shower hats, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. I would return without hesitation in the future.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, making suggestions and bookings and offering complimentary drinks. The hotel had a great ambience and centrally located. The rooms had a small kitchenette- dining area and separated from the bedroom. Well equipped with breakfast items and cookware and crockery items. Well equipped bathroom including face towels and body lotion.

Historic beautiful accommodations in city center. Family of four had lots of room and privacy. Location was fabulous.

Highly recommend Dare Lisbon House. From our initial welcome (which included a glass of wine!) to the ongoing services provided and the well appointed room, Dare Lisbon House surpassed all expectations. Rooms include a kitchenette which was stocked with breakfast foods with fresh bread/pastries delivered to the door each morning. Great location - close to the waterfront and several historical sites and lots of restaurants. Would definitely return.

Best ever location, great rooms with DIY breakfast (including coffee, eggs and fresh OJ) - and they bring you fresh bread every morning. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Loved it.

Location—it was close to so many things, our room was a loft and we loved it, boutique style hotel, staff was wonderful and very willing to help, liked the kitchenette, central and walkable

Terrific location. Small, personal feeling with a warm welcome from Tanya. Comfy bed. Modern shower. The kitchenette with breakfast supplies and fresh bread and pastry delivered each morning worked very well for us.

Had a wonderful stay at Dare Lisbon House. The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved the extra space/ table to sit and enjoy the included breakfast. The kitchenette area, daily pastry delivery along with other breakfast items in fridge and pantry were a great addition and value add for starting the day.

Would highly recommend and would stay here again when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It was very quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.

We had a lovely four day stay in Lisbon and the Dare House Lisbon was the perfect base to explore from. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our daily converstations as we came and went. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Chiado, Baixa and the Alfama neighborhoods. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and hearty (loved the bread and pastries). As an added bonus, our room overlooked a restaurant that had music each night. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony and sip a complimentary glass of wine while listening to the music.
