Location—it was close to so many things, our room was a loft and we loved it, boutique style hotel, staff was wonderful and very willing to help, liked the kitchenette, central and walkable

Best ever location, great rooms with DIY breakfast (including coffee, eggs and fresh OJ) - and they bring you fresh bread every morning. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Loved it.
Terrific location. Small, personal feeling with a warm welcome from Tanya. Comfy bed. Modern shower. The kitchenette with breakfast supplies and fresh bread and pastry delivered each morning worked very well for us.
Tolle Lage, sehr sauber
Bad und Toilette wie eine Bühne, voll verglast. Auf dem Weg vom Schlafzimmer in die Küche kannst du deine Mitreisenden auf der Toilette oder unter der Dusche bewundern. Hier wäre Milchglas angebracht.
Das warme Wasser reicht zum Duschen für 2 Personen exakt 2x 10 min. Wehe man hat lange Haare. Außerdem ließ sich die Armatur nur schwer bedienen und dann muss man für den nächsten Duschslot, 2 Stunden warten.
Auf all diese Besonderheiten wird man sehr uncharmant durch Aushänge hingewiesen. Der Wortlaut: Das ist kein Palast und du bist weder Prinzessin noch Prinz….
Liebes Team! Ich bin eine Prinzessin. Immer! Weil ich es mir wert bin. Ich behandle mich, mein Umfeld und die Umwelt wertschätzend und so möchte ich auch behandelt werden.
Frühstück auf dem Zimmer ist für mich okay, obwohl das für 300,00 EUR die Nacht schon heftig ist.
Das Frühstück muss selbst zubereitet werden und es gibt Eier, Butter, Brötchen, Joghurt und Obst. Für mich in Ordnung, jedoch meine Begleitung hätte gerne etwas Käse oder Wurst gehabt. Wir mussten es uns selbst kaufen.
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It was very quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.
깨끗하고 호시우광장과 코르메우스 광장이 걸어서 몇분 안걸렸다.
식당가 한가운데 있어서 저녁엔 조금 시끄러웠지만 문을 닫으면 괜찮았다.

All good . Only thing a bit different was the glass doors into the bathroom/toilet area. But you could shut a door before it for some privacy.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was recommended and we were so pleased to choose this as our base. The location was fantastic . Easy to walk everywhere and to find a restaurant. The staff were great and so helpful. They even booked us a tour to Sintra which was one of our highlights. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We highly recommend Dare Lisbon House.

Only draw back is returning back to hotel one evening past 11pm and the street felt a lot less safe at that time. Homelessness is a sad problem in the city.

This well situated boutique hotel is full of charm and very well appointed. From top end appliances in the well stocked kitchen to the small wine bar in the lobby,lots of thought went into planning this property. The bathroom was the only area I would advise some revision. The heavy glass doors are noisy and cumbersome so if someone is sleeping, they might be disturbed if another uses the restroom.
The service is top level. The staff is especially knowledgeable and engaging. Pedro was what every concierge should be.
