Cons:

L'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment au centre de gènes mais avec la chaleur nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et avec les resto / bars en dessous il y a énormément de bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin puis dès 8h.

La chambre est assez vieillotte dans l'ensemble. Le mobilier au stricte minimum.

Non così cheap.
Pros:

L'albergo Panson è una struttura situata nel carruggio di fronte a palazzo Ducale quindi comodissima ad ogni spostamento/attività. Purtroppo a noi è capitata la stanza che affaccia su Piazza delle Erbe, dove fino alle 3 di notte sostano turisti e non. Col.caldo si vorrebbero tenere le finestre aperte ma questo è impossibile, quindi ci vorrebbe un ammodernamento della struttura per cambiare infissi e mettere l'aria condizionata. Oppure corretto sarebbe segnalare, in fase di prenotazione, che questa stanza è molto, molto rumorosa, adatta non a tutti i tipi di clientela. Una preghiera: investire qualche euro in un nuovo e pulito tappetino del bagno. Per il resto situazione basica ma non così economica, nel complesso pulita.

Ottimo per una o due notti nel centro di Genova
Pros:

Posizione centralissima con affaccio su piazza delle Erbe ad un prezzo molto conveniente trovato con poco anticipo rispetto alla data del viaggio.

Cons:

Bagno non comodissimo (wc, doccia) e mancanza di bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani.

Нечего не понравилось.

Cons:

В туалете и в душевой слив плохо работает. Постельное и полотенца не меняют. Шум из за ресторана внизу поскольку окно выходило на ресторан который был внизу. Две раскладушки сооденили вместе это ужас. Жара в комнате. Вентилятор только ганял тёплый воздух. Остались в шоке от этого номера. Не рекомендую. Лучше переплатить и заселится в другой номер.

Cons:

Alles! Zimmer war ein Kellerraum ohne Fenster. Toilette und Dusche ohne Tür. Bett – Lattenrost durchgebrochen – für schlafen nicht geeignet. Frage nach einer freundliche Lösung wurde unverschämt abgelehnt, da wir schon im Zimmer waren: „You touched it“. Haben auf Matratze auf dem Boden geschlafen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Da es inmitten von Gartenrestaurants ist, ist an Schlaf nicht vor Mitternacht zu denken.
Dazu war es im Zimmer sehr heiss.

Cons:

Absence de fer à repasser ,de climatisation (on avais ventilateur ) , il n’y a pas d’ascenceur , et pour trouver l’établissement qui est dans un batiment caché il faut appeler le proprietaire qui doit venir vous chercher .
