Pros:

Location is great. Steps from the Old City, Blue Mosque etc.
The host Ahmed is a kindest person, trying to accommodate as much is possible.
The breakfast is decent.

Cons:

The place is tiny.
The a/c is old and noisy, you have to decide between getting some sleep and staying cool.
The shower is moldy - the caulking, the grout etc. as the ventilation exhaust does not work.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß alles gut erkunden
Das Gastgeber, Mr Ahmet ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar , er ist sehr bemüht das man sich wohlfühlt.

Fuimos mi ama y yo. Nos encantó el trato de ahmed, es genial. Muy atento y amable.

Cons:

El alojamiento requiere un poco de renovación pero si vais para hacer un viaje en el que solo aprovecháis la habitación para descansar es genial

Amazing place to stay in downtown
Pros:

It is very cozy, the location is downtown where there are restaurants, groceries, and shopping area 10 mins walk away. The prices are really good. I like the breakfast, homemade with love! Very simple and traditional. The seaside is very close, where you can walk early morning with coffee or run! The owner is very decent and professional man. He helped me a lot with transportation arrangements!

Great if you dont have much money

Ahmed was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The place needs serious work. The toilet kept moving . There were exposed wires in a number of places. But having said that it was very cheap. It is in an excellent position .

Hotel muy bien ubicado para explorar Estambul
Pros:

Muy cercano a las principales visitas turísticas de Estambul. Desayuno incluido en el precio. El dueño del hotel muy atento y amable, se preocupó mucho de que todo estuviera bien.

Cons:

El hotel necesita una renovación. La ducha no está separada del resto del baño por lo que al ducharte se mojaba todo. El desayuno se sirve en la habitación ya que no hay comedor, pero hay que decir que el desayuno era muy correcto.

Great location with friendly host
Pros:

The location is excellent. The host goes over and beyond to ensure the comfort of his clients. He will recommend places to eat and sites to see. He is also able to get you discounts for some activities. My room had a sea view which was fabulous and soothing. He makes the excellent breakfast and will help with luggage. The hot water works well. The stairwell is home to very nice murals. By the way, the other review left under my name was made by my friends who were traveling with me.

Cons:

The AC in my room did not work, but it was cool enough that the room was comfortable. Host plans on getting some of the units replaced. My bathroom was very small, so you have to be careful with shower. Only way to access terrace is through another guest room. There are no balconies. There are no bottles of water left in the room, but 3 doors from hotel you can get water very inexpensively. I would have appreciated a glass in the room.

Posizione comodissima, facilmente raggiungibile e comoda per la navetta da/per l’aeroporto, in un quartiere storico tranquillo e pieno di attrazioni. Un soggiorno piacevole, un’accoglienza calorosa, Ahmet è un host gentilissimo e pieno di premure, pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda.
