Pros:

Staff professionale e sempre disponibile. Posizione centrale, colazione eccellente.

Cons:

Camere molto ben insonorizzate, ma la nostra, forse a causa della posizione un pochino rumorosa di prima mattina.

Das gesamte Personal ist überaus nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, großes Lob!
Das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber, schöne Einrichtung, tolles, sauberes Bad, gut ausgestattet.. Das Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight für die Kids.
Beim Frühstücks Buffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Freundliches Personal wohin man schaut.
Die Lage ist top! In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Insgesamt also sehe empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, alles super!
Vielleicht ein ganz kleiner Tipp. Wandhaken wären super um Jacken etc aufzuhängen. Aber sonst alles top!

Personal, Frühstück und Lage super, Zimmer ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch die Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, es war klein, aber alles da was man so braucht. Der Kaffee war ausgesprochen gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (superior Zimmer mit Balkon) war zwar sehr sauber und der Balkon war wirklich schön mit Blick auf den Springbrunnen. Aber das Zimmer an sich war sehr kahl und steril eingerichtet. Da hat sich wirklich niemand mühe gemacht. Ohne Bilder an der Wand, hässliche Lampen und insgesamt hatte man das Gefühl man geht in einen Kellerraum.

Super sauberes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal im Herzen von Lignano
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, egal ob Rezeption, Concierge, Housekeeping oder Servicepersonal - jede/r ist stets bemüht den Gästen jegliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Zimmer, so wie die reichhaltige Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Der Lautstärkepegel, vor allem nachts. Ich hatte ein Superior Einzelzimmer. Die Fensterscheiben halten schon einiges an Lärm ab, trotzdem fiel es mir manchmal schwer einzuschlafen. Für Urlauber, die aber gerne nachts länger unterwegs sind, dürfte dies allerdings kein Problem darstellen.

Top Hotel mit top Personal
Pros:

Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage, Zimmer sehr sauber, geräumig und modern. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst und großer Auswahl an süssen und salzigen Speisen. War wegen eines Konzerts in Lignano und es gab vom Hotel einen Shuttle Service zum Konzert. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein Restaurant, das ich auch nur empfehlen kann. Speisen waren köstlich und raffiniert und das Personal top und sehr aufmerksam. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
