Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent and close to everything. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!

In pieno centro, la persona che ci accoglie è stata gentilissima, ci ha indicato un parcheggio e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per girare in città. Ottima colazione stanza ampia

Cons:

Dopo l'accoglienza non abbiamo più visto nessuno alla reception per due giorni
C'era un numero di telefono ma non è sempre facile telefonare all'estero. Ci aveva anche detto che ci faceva avere uno sconto per il parcheggio ma non l'abbiamo più visto. Nonostante questo la struttura è comoda per girare. Attenzione perché è tutta una scala senza ascensore, se si hanno problemi di mobilità non va bene

Struttura consigliatissima e di charme.
Pros:

Accoglienza della reception e posizione centralissima. Un complimento speciale alla gentilezza di Soraya durante la colazione.

Cons:

Nulla. Anche l’accesso alla camera tramite scale era stato annunciato in precedenza.

Ohh how much I loved this place! The location is exceptional, and there is so much charm and character there. The facilities are simple but the whole experience is just pure charm. The stuff was also super helpful and nice!

Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The laundry service was inexpensively priced and completed on time.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find. The address was correct but the entrance is narrow and sandwiched in a row of buildings with not much distinguishing signage

Ideale Lage im Stadtzentrum, um alles zu Fuss zu erreichen
Pros:

Die Lage, die Lage und nochmals die Lage.
Der Empfang mit Hilfe fürs Gepäck mittels des kleinen Aufzuges. Der offerierte Portwein mit hausgemachtem Kuchen beim Empfang im Salon mit vielen Empfehlungen.

Cons:

Frühstücksauswahl ist etwas beschränkt und immer gleich. ZB Rühreier mit Speck oder ähnlich wäre schön.
Parking gemäss Booking-HP ist vor Ort nicht vorhanden, sondern in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus 5 Min Gehdistanz. Rückfahrt vom Parkhaus bis Hotel dauert lange, da wegen Einbahnstrassen grosser Umweg gefahren werden muss.

Die Lage ist super. Der Frühstückservice hätte nicht besser sein können, super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen..

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, dadurch gab es viele Schrägen und niedrige Zimmerdecken.

Expensive for the facilities. Excellent location and staff
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the small breakfast delicious and with a lot of variety.

Cons:

The room neither the bathroom was not really clean. The house does not have lift and you have to climb up to 4th floor. The staff does not provide us enough shower gel or other facilities.
