Location was excellent, easy walking distance to many sites including the colosseum, trevi fountain.
Pros:

Location was excellent and rooms were clean and well appointed.

Cons:

The lady at reception during check in was a little surly. But the man we had for the check out was friendly.

Einer der Lifte war ständig kaputt.

It was a great place to stay when in Rome.
Pros:

It is in a good spot near the main train station and not too far from many of Roma’s main attractions one of the staff members at the bar was a lovely person.
The food is good.

Cons:

On the front desk there was a woman who verged on being hostile. Apart from her everything was great.
