Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Un bon hôtel assez récent. Les chambres sont propres et la climatisation fonctionne très bien, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable à Rome. Très bien dans l'ensemble et assez bien situé : environ 20 minutes à pied du Colisée et 8 minutes de la gare Termini.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception est poli et correct, sans plus. Le personnel d'entretien est très sympathique et toujours à votre service. Au restaurant situé sur le toit, le service varie de très bien à passable. Ce n'est pas un hôtel où le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux; il offre simplement un service dans la norme.

Ok, don’t leave anything out, staff kinda rude if there’s an issue.

Cons:

No pool which it does look like on the images.
Also staff cleaned our room when day leaving a note thank you for the tip when we didn’t leave anything out suggesting this so who knows what he took. Raised with a woman and man at reception who spoke in the own language smiled and laughed then said least he was thanking you. Kinda rude and blew it over, so unhappy about this. Came across rude and did not give a single shit about the issue, be very different if it was something of theirs!

good hotel but unprofessional staff

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for couple of days, we’re happy with everything in general, but were shocked by unprofessionalism of the staff for losing our luxury item we ordered there. While it clearly said on delivery receipt that the item was delivered and signed for by the hotel employee including their name, we were told multiple times that they do not have our package which was pricey and caused some stress at the end of our trip. Luckily the brand handled everything for us and the package miraculously appeared in the hotel after we left. While the brand who we purchased from handled the situation perfectly, the hotel never responded to a single email we sent. The Hive is ok for a short term stay, but we do not think it is trustworthy after this situation.

המיטות נוחות, מיזוג אוויר מעולה.
אחד המלונות הכי טובים שהייתי בהם.
אוכל מעולה עם מבחר גדול.
הצוות אדיב מאוד ונראה שהמלון עצמו חדש.
קרוב לתחנת הרכבת (10 דקות בהליכה עם מזוודות) ולכל המקומות במרכז.
היינו בירח הדבש שלנו והפתיעו אותנו עם ברבורים על המיטה.
