Персонал на Reception 10/10, очень отзывчивые, помогли с любым вопросом, быстро организовали все что мне надо было дополнительно.

Персонал на завтраках 10/10, отличное обслуживание, все чисто, еда просто вау, очень большой выбор на завтраках.

Отпнль отличный, спа отличный, комнаты чистые и большие.

Cons:

Обслуживание в баре на 3/10.
К столу не подходят,
Не спрашивают все ли хорошо,
2 раза сам вставал что бы заказать ещё напиток.

Такое чувство что я в баре не в Хилтоне был а непонятно где.

Kahvaltısı çok iyi, temizliği çok iyi...

Cons:

5.5 yaşındaki oğlum, tüm sorumluluğu almayı teklif etmeme rağmen 6 yaş altı girmesi yasak diye alınmadı.
Ayrıca havuz saatleri maalesef çok kısa ve yetersiz, sırf yıldız almak icin havuz yapılmış fakat kullanmim saatleri kısa.

Pros:

Nem volt ilyen. Csalódás volt Hiltonokhoz képest.

Cons:

Udvariatlan személyzet, se köszönni, se mosolyogni nem tudnak. Nem tesznek a vendégért, hogy jobban érezze magát. Ételek nem választékosak, szobák nem makulátlan tizstaságúak, wellness nem használható 6 év alatti gyermekkel. Nem Hilton színvonal.
