Location,everything is close by.

Cons:

For the price I paid for 2 night 863,those bedsheets,pillows cases were not ironed,with wrinkles.those pillows,mattress are not good. They need new ones,waking up in the morning all my body hurts. Level up, innovate.

Le personnel est limité agréable. Il y a des machines à laver et séchoir mais ils demandent usd 5.- pour chacun. C’est beaucoup trop cher car nous avons payé dans la même chaîne usd 0.75 pour le séchoir et la machine fragile. Le petit déjeuner est juste correct ( pas de fruits). Et normalement il y a du café et de l’eau chaude toute la journée à disposition. Mais pour l’eau chaude il faut la prendre dans une machine au fitness ( machine peu engageante), alors que pour le petit déjeuner il y a un Thermos comme pour le café. Est-ce vraiment difficile de le laisser toute la journée ? Hôtel bien trop cher pour les prestations

This was a convenient airport-adjacent hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location 5 minutes from Portland airport

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our 3-night stay. I complained and was told the rooms are serviced every 3 days. I was not pleased. For $300 a night I want fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned daily. Also the “breakfast” was minimal, nothing fresh.

Pros:

Horrible experience. My wife and I have been to dozens of Hilton hotels in the past few years including Home2Suites in several different cities and have had great experiences. The highlights here were a very dirty room, moldy shower, hair in the refrigerator (how does housekeeping not see that??), staff that were put out when we asked for fresh towels because our room NEVER got cleaned during our 3 night stay! I do not recommend this property.

Pros:

Not much just the location

Cons:

The room was not clean. We asked for extra blankets and it didn’t come up. We had to go downstairs to get them. They did not have any. They gave us sheets for first night. There was no sheets on the bed.
