Staff was good, not completely clean.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Our bedding was dirty on one bed and the floor was sticky from old mop water. Room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. TV had poor reception and many channels didn’t work.

Cons:

Room was small ! The lighting was bad & I didn't like the pull out desk ! There was no ice machines thst we found on our floor! My husband had to go to the first floor to get ice! Bed was not that comfortable! I don't like the more modern look! It's not practical

Cons:

The walls and ceiling were paper thin. That made the room less than comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. Had to go to the lobby for coffee and hot water. The included breakfast was the bare minimum. All in all, it was well below what i would expect of Hilton. Won't be staying at a Tru again.

Clean rooms. Nice staff

Cons:

Breakfast was not actually what was shown on line. Disappointed. We had a flashing light in our room all night. Very hard to sleep. ...no coffee machine in room. Had to get dressed to go down stairs for coffee
No microwave.refrig did not keep things cold. For the price would not book again.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t fully cleaned. Upon getting into my room there were still things left in the mini fridge. We didn’t have shampoo, just 2 sets of conditioner. Deadbolt on the door didn’t work either. Midway through our day it started to smell like sewage. For the money I spent, for 2 nights in highly disappointed.
