Wunderschönes Art-Hotel in der Prager Neustadt
Pros:

Top Lage in der Nähe des Wenzel-Platzes. Tram/ Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre, dass ein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück schön gewesen wäre.

Pros:

we stayed at this hotel for the second time. Everything was wonderful as always, very nice staff, clean and quiet. this time the room was on the 6th floor, it seemed like we were the only ones in the whole hotel, only at breakfast we realized that it wasn't😄 There was a large enough choice at breakfast. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked well , only the water pressure in the shower could have been better. On the first day we realized that the shower gel bottles were empty, but when we told the reception, everything was done☺️I definitely recommend this hotel👍👍👍

Velmi milá dáma na recepci, vše ochotně vysvětlila. Super lokace hotelu - blízko centra a přímo u stanice metra C. Moc hezky vybavený a čistý pokoj. Přesto, že jsme měla okna do ulice, hluk aut nebyl téměř slyšitelný.

Pros:

Close to public transport. Very helpful receptionist. The most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on in my life. Absolutely stunning art and rooms throughout the building.

Konum fena değil ama uberle eski kente gittik. Keyfinize düşkünseniz uber kullanın bizim gibi.
Pros:

Temizliği ve güvenli bir otel.

Cons:

Her Avrupa oteli gibi terlik yok. Sigara içenler için bir bölüm düşünebilir. Kahvaltı yok.

A comfortable bed but...
Pros:

The bed and pillows was comfortable

Cons:

No information at the time of booking that there would be a renovation going on which was noisy from 8 in the morning.
Having the room on the first floor also meant having construction workers just outside your window.

The shower head in the bathroom turned itself towards the wall despite however much you would try to fixate it in any another direction.

Location, decorations, friendly staff

Cons:

Refurbishment was going on and we were not advised so the breakfast room was unavailable although we were able to go to another nearby hotel S42 for breakfast which was adequate.

A wonderful, stylish stay with excellent service in a perfect location.
Cons:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place feels very bougie and is spotlessly clean throughout. The room was a great size—very comfortable and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay!

Nice hotel but somewhat disappointing experience.
Pros:

Beautifully designed rooms.

Cons:

I was charged extra for using one Nespresso pod in the room! It’s outrageous this is not included in the cost! Additionally, I had paid extra for breakfast to be included but the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay, which they had failed to communicate beforehand. We were given a ticket to eat at a hotel on another road and this breakfast was very basic. We didn’t return for the other days and ate elsewhere. There was also no shower gel in the dispenser for the 3 night duration of my stay. The rooms are really nice but this was a disappointing experience overall.
