Some of the staff aT the desk .. wasn’t told housekeeping was every other day .. asked what do we do with extra garbage and pointed outside to the 2 cans in front of the building to put them in the cans . No guest laundry had to use home 2 laundry facility. Breakfast staff was awesome . No microwaves in rooms and fridge is the size of a small box

Pros:

Good breakfast, convenient to get in and out, clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was very hard and the pillows were basically paper with a pillowcase. The thermostat was a little finicky, 1 degree in temperature difference was extreme.

Tru hotels always rank high on my list
Pros:

They keep the hotel very cool, great for hot days after walking and being in the sun. Very great location right across from the island. Great price for the location. The room is very clean.

Cons:

My booking dot com reservation didn’t go through their system and I feel the staff could have been nicer about handling the situation. They basically told me my reservation didn’t go through and I could stay somewhere else. I was like I want to stay here, do you have a room which they did. I guess they felt as though they didn’t need my business.
