I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and the staff is very helpful. It has a nice lobby area to eat or hang out with family and friends.

Very clean and safe place
Pros:

The bathroom with walkin shower was excellent and how clean the room was.

Cons:

No clock, coffee maker or microwave. No in room safe. The internet was lacking and the comforter was itchy and not soft.

Great for a short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best feature of our stay. The room was clean. The towels were nice. Definitely a family friendly hotel with games to play and the rooftop terrace was nice. Had to slam our door shut to get it to lock.

Cons:

No drawers to put your clothes in. No microwave in the room makes it difficult to heat up leftovers or make hot water.
No individually operated nightlights for the beds. The pillows were horrible and could definitely stand to be replaced.

Pros:

Great place. Location was good and very convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Facility was very clean and modern looking. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

Cons:

The room was extremely smaller then the photos suggested. We checked out 15/20 mins after checking in and they’re refusing a refund for the last three days of our booked stay.

Pros:

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge & Tyler who ran the desk at Hilton-Tru was just so pleasant and accommodating! We weren't sure if we had a Hilton account so he helped us not only find our account but also provided our account number because we added an additional day to our stay and if that wasn't enough, he then made sure that we kept the same room so we didn't have to move anything! It's a real pleasure knowing companies like Hilton employ such quality people who are not only competent but personable and kind and who REALLY care! When we visit Pigeon Forge next time we'll be checking into Hilton-Tru again!

La.ubicacion con respecto a Ripken experience, tiene buena ubicación, el desayuno esta bien, las piscinas son bonitas tiene outdoor e indoor.

Cons:

Le hace falta limpieza a las paredes y pisos de.las duchas de los banos, limpian un dia de por medio, se escucha todo, de la parte de afuera de la habitación y de las del lado.

Ok but will probably not be staying again.

Room was clean and comfortable,

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby during "off" hours was either nonexistent or cold and unsatisfactory. The staff was not always friendly and responsive.

Also, I booked online and it only allowed me to book one night. When I asked the staff if they could extend for another night at the same rate, they said no I would have to book another night online. This resulted in costing about $15.00 more than the first night.
