The most friendliest and helpful hotel team you can just have!
They helped me organise and pre reserve all my tours, bus tickets and transfers to my Vietnam journey! They were absolutely profi and flexibel staff. They do everything for you to feel confortable and relaxed during your Ha Long Bay visit. Thank you very much for everything!

Todo, muy bien tamaño, demasiado cerca para dormir luego del crucero y muchos restaurantes cerca.
Aparte de que me acordé un poco tarde de mi desayuno y aún así hicieron espacio para cocinarme mi desayuno incluido❤️

Le manque d’entretien de l’ensemble des parties communes et des chambres.
La chambre était sale. L’hotel semblait inoccupé, pas de personnel disponible le matin pour le petit déjeuner (compris dans la réservation booking).
