Pros:

The street was quiet and the room was clean. The breakfast was rather good, though quite late (8 o'clock).
It was a good thing to have a balcony and a place to dry our clothes.

Cons:

The room was rather small, and there was only one socket, none next to the bed. There was not a single glass, we couldn't turn on the phone. Sound proofing isn't very good, so we could hear the other quests.

Une bonne adresse avec un très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La facilité d’accès pour se garer juste devant l’établissement.
La propreté de la chambre et le confort des lits avec la climatisation.
Le petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant
Le personnelle d’accueil était très gentil et nous a attendu le soir de notre arrivée malgré une heure tardive

Cons:

Notre chambre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.
Le petit frigo pourrait être changé car fermait mal.

I recommend this place especially for whom has a car
Pros:

Cleanness, friendly and super nice staff. Oguz (I called him Ody) had been awesome, always smiling, supportive and advising. Speaking English fluently. He helped me for a late check in. The place is pretty quiet, safe

Очень доброжелательное отношение персонала, возникли проблемы с картой привязанной на букинге (оплата должна была быть заранее), но нас дождались, попробовали еще раз карту - не прошла и мы расплатились наличкой.
Все очень чисто и аккуратно, тихое место. Останавливались с семьёй на одну ночь.

Pros:

Una pensión simple, pero con todo lo necesario tanto en las habitaciones, como en las zonas comunes. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Quiero destacar la amabilidad y la disponibilidad de Oguz, un chico muy majo y atento. Gracias Oguz!😉
