Personale molto attento al cliente. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. Camera molto bella con ottimi prodotti da bagno. Buona anche la colazione sia dolce che salata.
Aria condizionata troppo fredda nelle parti comuni. Per i miei gusti materasso troppo duro, cuscini altrettanto scomodi.

Da es etwas abseits vom Zentrum liegt, gab es auch keine Touristenströme.
Beim Zimmer unserer Kinder war leider die Aussicht durch eine Mauer verstellt. Dadurch mußte immer das Licht aufgedreht werden.

Aircon would come on to decrease the temperature and then go off again, happened all throughout the nice and blew right on our heads. Should be keeping a consistent temperature rather than turning off and on again every 5 minutes.
Wonderful hotel. Great location, 7 minutes fron St Lucia train, professional, courteous and welcoming staff, impeccable service, fabulous rooms. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Bonus: our shower was a dream shower!!!!
No comment, PERFECT stay
Before we even stepped foot in the door, I was impressed by this hotel. I had many questions regarding our stay, transportation, and tickets to attractions. Each email I sent was answered quickly with useful information. Once we arrived, we were greeted warmly. The rooms were not ready so they stored our bags and the bags were waiting in our room when we returned to check in. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods and the staff were very attentive and engaging. We even stopped into the bar one night to grab a hot drink. The bartender created a cozy spot for us, made our drinks and brought us a snack. Speaking of snacks, this is one of the only hotels I ever stayed at where the snacks and drinks in the room where complimentary; a very nice touch. The staff here treated us so well. Additionally, the location is ideal. It is away from the noise and crowds yet close to transportation and easily walkable to the Vaporetto and/or site of interest. I highly recommend the Santa Croce Boutique Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

La disponibilité de l’équipe qui nous a préparé la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés à 9h30 du matin pour déposer nos valises.
La gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner.
Le mini gratuit.
La musique tard le soir dans le jardin.
L’odeur des draps très très forte, c’est limite rédhibitoire, vraiment désagréable pour moi, cela m’a beaucoup beaucoup gêné la première nuit et c’est estompé progressivement.
Il manque de quoi prendre une tisane un thé ou un café en chambre, pour une suite junior, cela manque vraiment.
