Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Nous avions la chambre 202 qui était très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle avec de bonnes prestations.
Le personnel est top et à l'écoute.
Les petits déjeuners sont avec des produits de qualité et diversifié.
Très bon emplacement géographique avec de bons restaurants typiques biens notés sur Google...il faut les chercher, mais on les trouve.

Pros:

The staff were the friendliest we encountered out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy. Elia, the bartender, was especially great walking us to the gondola ride and introducing us to his local friend's restaurant. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful booking our water taxi to the airport. I liked that the neighborhood was off the beaten path from the main touristy stuff, was very peaceful.

Cleaning very early in the morning resulting in waking up several times before 07:30 am. Also the locker for new towels was next to our room and was making a lot of noise during this time

Exceptional stay at an amazing hotel
Pros:

We loved everything about this boutique hotel. Booked a junior suite, the room was a good size, the shower was amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had in Europe. From the time we checked-in until we left, the staff were exceptional. Will stay here again

Charming small property with all the modern amenities but Venetian flair.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was not very large but it was beautifully appointed, as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Venice.
