Breakfast buffet was delicious, staff was very attentive and we enjoyed the bar.
The staff at this hotel couldn’t have been nicer. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The spot is such a oasis in Venice. It’s a great location for seeing the sites and very quiet if you’re looking to just sleep well. It’s also close to a lot of interesting activities. The staff were all very friendly and fluent in my language, which I appreciated. Venice is very used to Taurus coming through, so it’s not hard to find people that speak your language. I can tell that this hotel is very comfortable even when it gets really hot. They had a nice breakfast as well that was included in the stay. I would definitely consider returning. The rooms are also quite large.

The property is gorgeous and clean, and rooms were very comfortable. Location is very close to Piazzale Roma, which was convenient since we were only here for 1 night. The staff were excellent. They helped us book a private transfer and walked us to the dock. They even packed us a breakfast box since we had to leave very early.
Our stay was too short.

La gentilezza dello staff è un punto di forza, ed in particolare del receptionist Manlio il quale ci hai aiutati a trovare un taxi per l’arrivo (nonostante la complicata e affollata settimana della mostra del cinema!). La camera era meravigliosa ed in tipico stile veneziano, nonché pulita e silenziosa!
