My stay was good
Pros:

Breakfast was good although a bit late, staff very accommodating and helpful

Cons:

The room was to standard but could hear noise from the passage

Clean and convenient location & good inclusive breakfast - bargain! We would stay again.
Pros:

Loved the location and view.
Our only gripe was the size of the barely double bed, we are not big people but it was cramped and being such a hot night didn’t help.The breakfast was good and happy to say on a hot plate, the cook was most willing and helpful, thanks.
Thought the tea/ coffee options very limited in our room.

The size of the supposedly double bed & limited options of coffee/tea but acceptable for the price.

Great budget hotel close to Gatwick Airport
Pros:

Great to have microwave and mini fridge in room. Good value for money.

Not pleasant and a huge waste of money!

The man on the desk was cordial.

Cons:

We checked in but left soon after unfortunately. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and although there were barely any guests staying, whoever was there were very noisy. We also felt quite unsafe which is something I’ve not felt in a hotel before. I think we were there for around 1.5 hours before we checked out. I’d booked the hotel as my son had a driving test in Crawley early the next day but we decided to go home to at least get a couple of hours sleep before having to drive back up.
