الفندق رائع ونظيف والاطلالة جميلة والموظفين اخلاقهم راقية ومبتسمين وخدومين بالذات الاستاذة رهف سهلت عملية الحجز واختارت لنا جناح جميل مع الافطار وكذلك الاستاذ سعد الدوخي خلوق ومحترم وسهل لنا الخدمات بتعامله وكذلك ميزة ان مطعم الافطار اطلالة والطعام لذيذ ومتنوع بفضل الله، فشكرا للجميع.

Cons:

هناك ملاحظة بسيطة ان الشارع صار فيه مطاعم ومقاهي كثيرة نهاية الاسبوع يكون زحمة عند الدخل للشارع .لكن قد تكون الزحمة ميزة لبعض الناس.

WEDDING PARTY MAKES OUR NIGHT TOO A NIGHTMARE IN THE HOTEL 🏨

The carpet was stoking there since 10 years ago. !!!!!!!
Why they didn’t change it at least every year or two ???
And the biggest Matter was the Wedding party in the hotel we couldn’t get our comfort to relax and go to sleep.. I went to bed at 3:30 Am!!!!!!!! Also, the AC IN apartment was broken.. I couldn’t turn it off or change the temperature 🤒. I called them to change our Apartment to higher apartment running from the Wedding Party and the extreme noise..

Excellent clean hotel experience..!!
Pros:

Everything was great, the staff, the room amenities, cleaniness, breakfast. Rooms were spacious, we were upgraded with an extra bed for our child, so we had a lovely stay..

Cons:

The only concern we had was that the toilet flush design was such that it took many turns to get it completely clean.
