Always a pleasure to stay here. Love the rooms and the staff are great!
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with interesting design. So much nicer than the usual generic hotel room. Very welcoming, professional staff at reception and in restaurant.

Nice stay
Pros:

Fantastic, spacious rooms, a beautiful building, overall, very good.

Cons:

The on-site parking lot was full, but luckily there’s another paid parking lot nearby. We had to wait a little longer at the front desk for both check-in and check-out.

Pros:

Room size and facilities were great

Cons:

Room was great but wasn’t the cleanest, lots of the paint was chipping off around the windows and there was some mold as well as dust but no issues other than that.

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms in this stylish conversion of an old jute mill

Cons:

Considering the upmarket feel of the building the restaurant offering, both environment and food, could have been more classy.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, food was great, first buffet breakfast I have had where it was hot and not swimming in grease. And it was cheaper for a bacardi and coke there than bar in the town.

Cons:

Im in a wheelchair and for the .most part it was great, doors automatic doors into hotel, bedroom doorway was wide for chair and accessible bathroom was fantastic. Only downside was room only had one comfy chair and a wee uncomfortable chair at desk, to be fair most hotels do but it would be nice if there was 2 for a double room. I had to sit in wheelchair at night for the 2 nights we were there.
Its a minor gripe and one that most hotels do to be fair.
