Over night stay perfect. And if I came back to Dundee, I wouldn’t hesitate to sleep here.
Pros:

Once you get past the intimidating Prison Like vibes, the inside is modern and clean. Rooms more than large enough and very comfortable. Reception and other staff extremely friendly and professional.

Cons:

Location feels a bit out of town (it’s not) and very intimidating. We were ready to turn the car round and find somewhere else. Glad we didn’t

Luxury style hotel close to major attractions.
Pros:

Great room with large bathroom and plenty of space. We had dinner at the bar which was very enjoyable. Off street parking was a bonus.

Cons:

One lift was out of service.

Convenient location.

Cons:

No toilet roll in the room, lots of hair in the plug hole in the shower, noisy ppl next door. Very expensive for food and drinks.

Comfortable two night stay.
Pros:

Five mins from edge of town. Tastefully converted former mill. Everything good although rooms a little dark. Wod use again.

I found the bed very good but a bit softer than my bed. There is not much you can do about that however.

Breakfaat items were undercooked. No fresh orange juice. No water in rooms. Item left in room from precious guest. £13 parking charge for hotel car park.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Hotel located East edge of city. Converted warehouse tastefully done. Ten minute walk to town centre. Area around quiet and needing bit more investment. Quick check in. Room large and clean if a little dark. Slept well. Bed very comfortable and lovely shower. Everything good. Bar area was quiet. Breakfast sufficient. Staff pleasant and polite in all interactions. Value just about reasonable. Would use again and I'm from Dundee!
