Elegimos esta cadena porque me gusta el diseño de sus hoteles en general. Cumplió con las expectativas, La habitación era amplia y agradablemente decorada . Tiene parking en la entrada, también sirven desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación premium en el quinto y último piso, era un ático por lo cual las ventanas estaban en el techo y no teníamos ninguna vista. Al decirlo en la recepción cuando nos íbamos, me dijeron que hubiera pedido cambio de habitación lo cual era posible, pero cuando uno llega cansado luego de un largo viaje, en ese momento da pereza bajar y pedir por un posible cambio. Hay que hacerlo.

Overpriced and poorly cleaned—despite the quiet room and friendly staff, I would not stay here again

Quiet atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, and convenient access to the hotel bar and restaurant.

Cons:

What disappointed me the most was the value for money. The hotel standard is far too low for the prices charged—and this applies to the bar and restaurant rates as well. Housekeeping during my 8-day / 7-night stay was disappointing. The toilet and shower were not properly cleaned, with toothpaste stains remaining on the counter and fallen hair left under the shower for the duration of my visit. Furthermore, bed sheets were not changed as often as expected.
