Pros:

Extremely helpful and friendly staff in the hotel and the adjacent restaurant.

Cons:

The lighting arrangements in the room and bathroom. A little dark even when all lights were switched on.

Very good stay.
Pros:

The room was really nice. We arrived after 9:00p.m having driven from Scrabster and we were fortunate to be able to have dinner at that time. The multi storey car park on East Whale Lane was very convenient for our visit to M&S the following morning.

Cons:

The food was on the cool side and was somewhat overpriced.

Pros:

Hotel sauber und komfortabel. Die von booking.com ursprünglich in der Buchungsmaske angebotenen Kingsize-Zimmer schrumpften vor Ort leider zu einem Queensize und einem Kingsize mit Behindertenbad. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich

Cons:

Lage etwas abseits vom Geschehen, wenig Parkplätze

Very comfortable.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and most of the staff was very efficient and helpful. We had one problem at one meal, which was satisfactorily dealt with.

The restaurant seemed to lack the right amount of staff at times.

Great value for money and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff suer friendly and even went and found a teddy bear that my friends daughter had left there two months ago. Exceptional, friendly staff. Value was amazing and I would definitely return.(even with £15 parking fee it was still worth it)

Tolles, umgenutztes Fabrikgebäude in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Waterfront/Innenstadt.
Leckeres, vielfältiges Frühstück.

Pros:

Our room was very roomy & we actually had a fridge. Everything was clean & tidy. Loved the skirting around the room with recipes on it. 😀

Cons:

We had a view of an alley way which had alot of rubbish everywhere. Our booking for dinner was not transferred from the font desk until later. Luckily the staff in the restaurant let us in. They got our reservation an hour later.
