Location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, cleanliness, mosaic floors.

Cons:

You cannot call your place a "luxury suite" while having a non-functional mini bar, no coffee machine, no bottled water, not a single armchair in your suite, plastic marble in the bathroom, no bathrobes, etc...
Let alone the poor sound isolation on the busy side of the building, where half of the rooms are situated.

위치가 아주 좋고 시설이 훌륭한 호텔
Pros:

아침식사는 평범한 편이었고 침대는 편안했음. 위치가 너무 좋아서 무거운 짐을 들고 이용하는 경우에 역에 가까워 너무 편했음. 매일 침대를 정리를 해서 좋았고 청소 상태도 좋음. 침실과 거실이 분리되어 있어서 좋았고 욕실도 넓었음. 직원들도 친절함

호텔의 첫인상이 중요한데, check-in 할 때, 호텔 데스크를 잦느라 힘들었음. 이 호텔의 데스크는 숙박시설과 다른 건물에 있었음. 그리고 에어컨 실외기가 방의 메인창 바로 밖에 위치해 밤에 잠잘때 은근히 소음이 있었음. 낮 시간은 전혀 문제가 되지 않았는데 야간에는 소리에 민감한 사람에게는 문제가 될 수 있음. 이 호텔의 고급의 서비스를 고려할 때, 이것은 단점이라고 생각함. 에어컨의 성능은 좋았음.

Die Zimmer waren gut genug und sauber

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist zu eng, der Kühlschrank ist nicht kalt genug , der Schlauch neben dem Klo tröpfelt und manche Klimaanlage tröpfen auch viel. Es gab keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe.
