Panorama 360° Hotel

The room was really tired. My refrigerator started making a strange noise in the middle of the night, so I turned it off and moved my supplies to the guest kitchen refrigerator. The furniture on the terrace was also tired. But if you don't care about this and prefer the location near the center it's you'r choice.

по приезде апартаменты оказались закрыты, трубки никто не брал ни в Telegram, ни напрямую, на сообщения не отвечали
и ночью нам пришлось искать что-то другое, не хотелось спать под дверями
владелец на следующее утро пытался доказать, что дверь была открыта, что может быть заел замок))

Грязно, сломанная кровать, заклеенный пол скотчем в уборной, внутри не было стиральной машины.

Very disappointing experience — not as expected

We booked this accommodation for 2 nights, but left shortly after arriving because the actual condition of the property was unacceptable.

When we arrived, there was no reception or hotel staff. We were given access codes via WhatsApp and told to go to the 15th floor, where our room was supposed to be located. There was no visible reception or staff at the property.

We were then told that payment had to be made in cash because card payment was supposedly not possible. We were instructed to withdraw cash from an ATM and put the cash into a deposit box/safe in the building, which was designed somewhat like a cash collection box. We were also asked to make a video showing ourselves putting the banknote into the box, with the identification number/code printed on the banknote clearly visible in the video. This payment procedure seemed very unusual to us, so we decided not to proceed with the payment.

The room itself was also in very poor condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell, the bathroom was dirty and old, and basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were missing. There was only one bar of soap.

The bedding was particularly concerning. Part of the duvet cover appeared to have simply been cut with scissors, and we found other people's hair on the bed.

We documented the condition with photos and video and sent them to the administrator via WhatsApp. We then left the property and cancelled the reservation through Booking.com.

The accommodation did not meet our expectations at all, particularly regarding cleanliness, maintenance and the overall standard shown in the listing.

I would not recommend this accommodation.
