И у нас потребовали за это оплату.
Персонал отсутствует ( не находится на месте)

I really enjoyed my stay at Panorama 360° Hotel. The room was comfortable, cozy, and fully met my expectations. I especially loved the beautiful view of the city — it really added a special atmosphere to the stay.
I would also like to mention the administrator, who was always responsive, attentive, and ready to help with any questions. Thanks to this attitude, my stay at the hotel was even more pleasant.
Overall, I had only positive impressions. It’s a great place, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

ужасное местоположение, навигации нет, вывески нет, какая то контора на крыле многоквартирного дома
в подъезд не попасть, несколько дверей с кодами которые тебе никто не сообщает, живых сотрудников никого нет, в общем полная шляпа - для путешественника, который только прибыл и нуждается в месте
