Cons:

Finding the hotel was hard and it was inside a living old building. With our baby stroller it was really hard to go up to the hotel and get down each time while also remembering 3 different pass codes: door, elevator, door. There was no one in the hotel, we were talking via Telegram and Whatsapp and the payment system was weird (take photo of money and record video while putting your money into box). The rooms was not good as well just a regular 1-2 star hotel room. I was expecting something lux.

Pros:

Подробная инструкция, как добраться и пройти , быстрые ответы. Хорошее местоположение, шикарный вид. Чисто. Из расходников полотенце , мыло и шампунь.

Cons:

Постельное странно пахло, простынь маленькая , слетала. Кондиционер давно не обслуживался. Фен в общей комнате - сломан. Матрас неудобный , продавленный.

We had a wonderful stay!The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Anything was as pictured in booking. Horrible experience
Cons:

When we made the reservation we got a message from the hotel saying we need to contact through telegram. Already strange. Than we received a long list of instructions about how to get there: the hotel is not located in the position provided in booking but in a strange building a couple of streets behind. It’s not announced anywhere and you get there by following the instructions with codes to open the door.
When we get there, one one around. The place looks almost abandoned. The person though telegram informs the number of our room, the door is open. The room is not the one we booked and this one is old, full of imperfections. Ugly, very ugly. We asked about it to the telegram person (who never showed around btw) maybe we got in a lower category room but the person answer all the rooms are the same! How is it possible? Plus, in the process of booking it says we’ll have to perform a pre-payment through credit card, which never happens and the person asks to leave the payment money in a sort of safety deposit box. Everything very strange. We left and no payment has never been performed in my credit card.
Horrible experience. I post some pictures of the room they provided, now tell me how this correspond to the pictures showed in booking.
